Slightly disappointed!
I thought this pillow was like one I bought many years ago. That was the best pillow I’ve ever owned. It was a Bedgear pillow but I’m starting to think they don’t make that one anymore.

My prior pillow was what is now the Storm. I didn’t think I was a warm sleeper, but can definitely tell a difference in the heat with the Balance. I feel like I’ll get use to it, but now realize I enjoyed the ‘cooling’ from the Storm.

Workmanship in terms of construction is adequate, however the stuffing gathers in the middle, away from the edge, piling up, thereby raising head angle & causing back discomfort--still. Even now. Had to switch back to my firm/sculpted pillow. As I discarded the packing material I won't be able return the pillow--I'll just donate it to the good will, lesson learned. (!!)

I was excited about the clear specs for these pillows: fill, dimensions, firmness. However this pillow is not firm, definitely more medium. Disappointing compared to other firm pillows I've tried.

The online assessment roof did not work for me
The pillow is too high and too hard. I completed the online questions that recommended the 2.0 pillow but it’s so uncomfortable I cannot use it. I think I need a softer and lower pillow

Quality has declined
I have been buying Bedgear pillows for years and the quality was exceptional . I bought one last year and I expected it to last at least a year but it did not. I thought I would try again . This pillow is of even lesser quality - won't last three months. Won't buy again. I'm on the hunt for a new brand . It's too bad . I loved Bedgear , it helped a lot with my neck pain.
