Even now. Had to switch back to my firm/sculpted pillow. As I discarded the packing material I won't be able return the pillow--I'll just donate it to the good will, lesson learned. (!!)

I bought one last year and I expected it to last at least a year but it did not. I thought I would try again . This pillow is of even lesser quality - won't last three months. Won't buy again. I'm on the hunt for a new brand . It's too bad . I loved Bedgear , it helped a lot with my neck pain.
