The PowerBlast cycle scours away stubborn foods like egg yolk, peanut butter and even dried-on oatmeal. High-pressure jets, increased water temperatures and hot steam work together to clear food off dishes---so all you have to do is load them in.

Great dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was coming off of a previous Maytag dishwasher that was well in excess of 12 years. It held up well but the last year or so I had to start pre washing the dishes. It finally gave up the ghost and I bought this one. It cleans the toughest messes I have thrown at it and pretty much does it silently. Now if I can get it to cook for me or even exercise for me that would be awesome.

This dishwasher accommodates a large number of place settings and is very quiet. The middle rack is adjustable to fit taller, larger items on the bottom while still leaving ample space in the middle rack. Highly recommend this model!

I definitely relate to the other reviews where people thought it wasn't working because it was so quiet. I am really enjoying the top (third) rack. It is so nice to have something to put the delicate things like, sippy cups, bottles, rubber nipples on to instead of having one of those cumbersome baby bottle cases inside the machine. The biggest pro to this machine is the built in garbage disposal, it makes so much sense and almost seems silly that other dishwashers don't have them. I am for sure a Maytag customer for life. Thank you so much for making every day tasks easier!

Durable dishwasher with powerful cleaning!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this about a month ago to replace our last Maytag dishwasher that lasted 27 years! This model seems built well, the door closes with ease and the racks glide smoothly. There is a 3rd rack that really frees up space so we're able to wash more dishes and they end up cleaner with the extra room! This also has the maintenance free filter so I won't need to worry about cleaning that. Our dishes have come out very clean and the machine is very quiet! We can start it before we go to bed and not hear a thing. Overall I'm pleased with our purchase and look forward to having this for a long time to come.

Much quieter than expected!

We have run the washer a couple of times now and it works very well. The washer was much quieter than I ever expected. I'm hoping this will last for quite some time as the build seems very solid!

This thing is amazing! It’s so quiet it was hard to tell it was even on. The cleaning capabilities are amazing. My old dishwasher I had to basically wash everything before it went in it was so crapppy. This one is a good send! Love the third rack too and adjustable racks! If you are on the fence, just get it!

The perfect Dishwasher!

The third rack for silverware is awesome, we can put ladles and spatulas in it and not worry about them blocking the water jets. This dishwasher fits our bowls and cups really well in the second rack, no issues with them sitting weirdly. The bottom fits large pans, cutting boards, and we can fit multiple pans in the middle, not just on the sides! It cleans dishes really well, even stuff that was caked on by our last dishwasher is coming off. The door is nice, the last one was catching on the cabinets, no issue with this one!
