Best purchase ever!

Amazing Dryer at a great price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old dryer died and was not able to be repaired - I had purchased the same style/size Maytag washer a few years ago and love it and wanted the same dryer. I am not disappointed! It dries quickly, the dry sensor eliminates over dried clothes, it is energy efficient and American made!

Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 2 weeks ago due to another brand only lasting 2 years. Dryer dries the clothes better than previous drier. The Maytag doesn't have as many features as previous dryer but price point and drying capabilities out way the features.

GREAT PROBLEM SOLVER & EASY TO USE
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the dryer for 3 months now and it's already been a great detective and problem solver. As context, 1) we live in a brand new home and unbeknown to us, the wrong "jack" (vent cap) was installed on the roof vent by the HVAC tech, and 2) we have a Golden Retriever that sheds a lot. About a month into being here, we began to see a "check vent" message on the dryer. We thought that was odd since it's a brand new house. We read the troubleshooting section of the dryer manual and tried two options to pinpoint the problem and determined it wasn't a dryer issue, it was definitely a vent issue. We called out the HVAC tech and that's how we learned the wrong jack was installed. It had a screen on it (and shouldn't have) that was catching all the lint and dog hair. Sure enough, there as a small blockage. The tech cleared the block, installed the proper jack, with no screen, and wa-law, no check vent message anymore! The clothes are drying more quickly and thoroughly now too! In addition to appreciating the problem-solving nature of the dryer, we like that it's intuitive to use and easy to keep clean.

Wonderful!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous dryer was 14 years old and it was very loud. This dryer is quiet. I also like that it senses the dryness and shuts off when the clothes are dry. My old dryer just kept drying when the clothes were already dry.

Better than a more expensive compeitor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a month of use, I am happy with this Maytag dryer. It is easy to use and the settings seem to dry each type of load appropriately. The best aspect is the easy to clean lint guard. The screen is also sturdier than a more expensive LG I had before which had to be replaced after only 3-4 years.

Great dryer, but they did remove the steam option.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great dryer (I purchased it before) zero issues, other that I wish it had a steam option like my last Maytag. I thought this newer version had the steam option when I bought, so, it was disappointing to see they removed it.
