Nice standard refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this when our 21 year old Maytag gave out. This fridge runs fairly quiet and keeps our food cold. We’ve only had it 1 week so far, and we’re very happy with it.

Light in freezer, MAYTAG logo, and 10 year badge!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice, I did down size a little with this model. My last refrigerator was a whirlpool, a little bit bigger than my new one. It lasted 20 years, and served my family well. The new MAYTAG is grate! Love the light inside the freezer, nice touch.

Disappointed but devoted Matag
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is a replacement for one that decided to take leave of its mind and quit working. I have always had good luck with the Maytag/whirlpool brand appliances. However, I was disappointed that whirlpool did not honor the extended warranty I had on the fridge that quit working. I hope to have better luck with this one and hope for many years of use from this appliance.

Totally Cool!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I was a kid, my parents took me to the Ice-Capades. When they asked if I liked the show, I told them it was the coolest entertainment I could ever imagine. But that wasn't what I was thinking. I was just thinking how much I'd like one day to own a Maytag refrigerator of my own. And now, so much later in life, I have realized my dream. This Maytag appliance is, for me, the ideal. Its clean, sleek design appeals to me-- those recessed handles! The glass shelves look bright and fresh, and the clear plastic vegetable bins allow me to recognize the condition of produce at a glance. I also like the pull out drawer-- so many food items wait right at my fingertips. And... there's more! Yes, I'm talking about a light in the freezer. (Doesn't this sound like a Shel Silverstein collection: "A Light in the Freezer"?). OK-- so who needs a light in the freezer? But I love it! Every time I open the door, I am dazzled by a bin full of sparkling ice cubes. The size of this refrigerator is also just ideal for a single person home or a small to modest sized apartment. Who needs the Ice-Capades? I've got my very own holiday on Ice!

Dimensions fit a 30 year old home
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to buy first week in July to replace broken refrigerator. It is extremely difficult to find a refrigerator that is white, with a top freezer and no water maker that will fit in a 30 year old home (dimensions). But I finally found one.

Maytag Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was what I expected. The con is you cant store many containers like milk, coffee creamer to the shelves or door. Instructions for starting and adjusting the refrigerator control need to be simplified, I had to call Maytag to figure it out. I love cheese/delivery drawer and light in freezer. I only buy Maytag/Whirlpool products because they durable and last.

Quality at a reasonable price..
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried another brand first, not happy, returned and bought a Matag. It was a great experience too plug it in, set the controls and have the proper temps, freezer and fridge in 8 hours.. My wife loves the light in freezer..
