Highly recommended for pet household.

Love this Dryer!

Touchy power button and hold to start button
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find the washer complicated there’s too many buttons that don’t make sense, fast spin, delay start, old to start, oh my. The washing machine requires a step stool for me to get the clothes out. I like the dryer a bit better but the power button seems to turns the washer and dryer then off. I have to do over and over again to start the machines. And the hold to start button is weird too, it doesn’t respond taking a long hold time to activate the washer and dryer. The power on and the start buttons don’t respond well either.

Not worth the price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's fine, but not worth the price. It's really not better than a cheaper one. I was excited about the wifi option, but it doesn't work if I leave the house. The control panel is annoying. With my last dryer, i could literally push 2 buttons in 1 second and it was on and I was done. With this, it takes a few seconds to turn on, then you have to hold the start button for a few seconds to start. Not a huge deal, just annoying.

Keep looking. This is not it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nope. Barely dries. Settings don’t seem to make a bit of difference. The longer sheets stay in to dry, the wetter they become. The only setting that seems to work is quick dry. Very disappointed. I thought the pet option would make the machine more robust but that is not the case. At all. Keep looking. And yes, I had our vent cleaned.

On/Off button issue
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Major issue getting the on/off switch to work on both the Dryer & Washer. All family members have experienced this; I have fought with this issue for over five minutes at a time which is very frustrating. Once the unit starts it works great.

Leak issues.
