Love the new washer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an older Maytag washer with this one. It does a great job cleaning cloths and with 2 long hair cats in the house the Pet Pro cycle does the trick in handling the pet hair. It does an excellent job cleaning our laundry.

Features are great but the instruction are bad!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new washer it is just what I wanted and I gave it 5 stars out of 5. However, the operating and how to use information, came on one piece of paper and was not very informative. An owners manual should have all the information clearly written out. I did figure out how to use some of the features, but that was done by trial and error. Maytag needs to give us a real owners manual that shows how to use and operate all the features.

User friendly.

Great product for a great price

Agitator for the win!!!!

Even after 15 years we still love Maytag

We're a busy sports family with pets so we're constantly using our machine to remove grime & it doesn't disappoint. After only a few weeks we love our new machine just as much as our old one.

We had a 15 year old washer when we moved in that failed rather quickly so we had to get a new one and wanted a top loader. Honestly on the smaller side of machines (20 year old manufactured home=smaller pathways and spaces in some of the funniest ways) it does fit A LOT! We have 2 dogs and 2 cats that seem to shed like its their mission in life to make us as hairy as them and let me tell you is the petpro system AMAZING! Its also a very pretty machine on top of that and after a couple of months we are VERY happy. Plus this should last a good while and be much easier to fix than what was in the house originally!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a sweet washer. Definitely removes pet hair. I was skeptical but I was proven wrong as this machine does what it says it does.
The manual needs to be updated. If you read the manual it leads you to believe that you have to put the detergent in the drum. However right in front of you is a pull out drawer that holds the detergent and softener.

Great First Week
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer a week ago and so far so good. I was concerned a bit that it had a clunking sound that happened when it was balancing each load. However that seems to be normal. The pet hair filter works great.
Also, I was surprised that the fabric softener feature has to be selected, which is a point of confusion since there are no tips on how to do it properly.

Great Washer

We previously read a review which states it is loud, which is accurate. We have it in a dedicated laundry room and with the door closed it’s not noticeable.
