Amazing cooling
This product is amazing. So quiet and I like the way it is almost "split in two, so that the window does not have to be raised as high as with the other type.

Best sir conditioner I've ever had;
This air conditioner works beautifully and is VERY quiet. It also allows us to open the window if we want.

Great AC very quiet
Super quiet, works great. Was unable to get the Bluetooth function to work with the app and Alexa however which was disappointing.

Worth a second look.
I was hesitant about purchasing a Midea because of other bad reviews but the salesperson said the issues were in the past and he seems to have been honest. The installation was done quickly and professionally. The unit looks clean and runs as quiet as advertised. I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

Don't buy this model!
The power and quiet can't be beat. However, this is my second unit from P.C. Richards. Same model (which was NOT involved in the recall), and it is making buzzing and clicking sounds at unpredictable intervals. With the first unit, they came out, said installation was perfect and that it was a defective unit. They offered to replace it. They did. Now the second, replacement unit, is doing the same thing. I'm not bothering with P.C. Richards because I don't believe the installation is at fault, it is the model. (although who knows?) I have reluctantly contacted Midea for repair -- one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

Cheap and in unreliable
Do not buy they make junk that dont last and when you call for a warranty they pass you around leave you on the phone for hours and waste time to th point you give up
