Super Technology
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old dishwasher was taking too long to complete the wash cycle and when it ended the dishes routinely needed to be rewashed. My new Samsung is an efficient and quick. But it's the technology that really makes it stand out. I have a Samsung Smart TV, Refrigerator and stove and I love the fact that information from each of them tie together. I get a notice on my TV, for example, when the dishes are complete. I also am able to track how much energy used and am able to adjust my usuage accordingly.

Good features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher has great features and offers some customized washing experiences like the storm wash for heavily soiled items. I like the self cleaning cycle to save me time on maintenance. It reminds me to refill the rinse aid, and I also love the 3rd rack for lids and other small items. My dishes are always cleaned and sanitized, and it gives me confidence in knowing that my dishes are clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishes come out sparkly clean. Love that with the selected sanitize option, the dishwasher opens up to let you know it is done and allows the dishes to cool a little faster. Love the third top shelf for large utensils as well.

Simple and cleans well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is super easy to use with simple touch buttons neatly hidden on top. I love the sleek design without a towel rack and the clean black stainless steel finish. I almost always use the 1-hour express wash and have been really impressed with how clean and quiet it is. The auto-release feature is a great addition for drying, and the SmartThings app makes it convenient to get notifications or adjust settings. After a year of use, I'm very happy with it and haven’t had any issues.

Fantastic and Quiet Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this dishwasher. It's better than the previous Maytag that I owned for quite a few reasons.
One is the top rack. The silverware rack (or at least I think that's what it is for). It removes the necessity of the basket that usually sits on the bottom rack and separates it entirely. Of course, the basket is still included, but I honestly don't have it in my dishwasher at current time.
Two is that it quite frankly has a lot of capacity. I'm able to fit a surprising amount of dishes into this dang thing and have it run effectively. Part of this is because of the aforementioned silverware rack. Means I can remove the basket and just have that much more space for random dishes and/or cookware.
Three is that this dishwasher is surprisingly quiet. I was expecting it to be noisy just like every other dishwasher I've used, but it isn't. You can obviously still hear it, but it's not loud at all. Both of the folks that I live with remarked this when I ran it for the first time.
Fourth is its ability great ability to wash stuff. Everything has come out very clean since I've bought this. No residue, nothing. The only downside here is that it doesn't have an inbuilt food grinder, so you definitely have to scrape off dishes before using it, but who doesn't do that? Barbarians (and probably small children), that's who.
Moving away from that, this dishwasher has SmartThings functionality, but I'm honestly at a loss for how this particular functionality can actually be useful in any sense. I'm not entirely certain why anyone would need to control their dishwasher remotely. I guess for the laziest of the laziest or those with mansions? Idk, seems like a waste of design time for R&D.
Overall, this is a great dishwasher that functions exquisitely and has the capacity to make life easy. I highly recommend it and wish that my last dishwasher was a Samsung. Quite frankly, I didn't think a dishwasher could function quite this well.

Automatic, Quiet & Sleek

I also love how quiet the cycles are and the feature where the washer automatically opens slightly to dry. And to tie it all together I can track the cycle on the SmartThings app with all of my other Samsung appliances. Love it!

Replaced a Bosch with zero regrets
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is QUIET. Bottom line, no noise. Big fan of the door opening when the cycle is complete. Dishes dry out while warm so even less chance of spots and lets us put the dishes away faster. And it has the app to let me know when the cycle is done. I replaced a Bosch machine with this one and it was a significant upgrade.

Very happy customer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A month in and we're very happy with the dishwasher. It cleans plate and bowls really well, and is very quiet. The (small) front display lights are a nice touch to see what part of the cycle is running, and the SmartThings app can show you the exact time remaining. The extra top rack for utensils is also very nice to use.

Working fine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been satisfied with the dishwasher. So button areas a little hard to press, but it is ok. On the second track bin the adjustable glass holder slider keeps fall off. I place it back overtime it falls off. Otherwise I am very happy with the dishwasher and it is doing a good job.

Dishes come out clean and dry.
The only complaint is that the bottom rack slides off the tracks when fully extended. Requires some manipulation to get it to go back in.

Out with the newish, in with the newer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After the waterfall died on our 3 year old Samsung and no one inour area to working it, we replaced with this unit. I am much happier with this one. Still get the auto opening door at the end of cycle and even though it's 3 decibels more, it's still very quiet.
