You don't have to use that feature if you don't want to. It washed my dirtiest laundry for 4 hours one time. That was a bit much. But it's a great washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really happy with this washing machine. It cleans clothes super well and leaves everything feeling fresh without being rough on fabrics. It’s also surprisingly quiet, even when it’s spinning, which I really appreciate.One of my favorite things is the SmartThings feature. it’s so convenient to control and monitor washes from my phone. The capacity is amazing, easily handling big loads without any trouble, and the cycles are super fast compared to what I was used to before.The controls are easy to figure out, and I like having different wash options for everyday clothes, towels, and delicate items. It also uses less water, which is a nice bonus.Overall, it’s been reliable, efficient, and really easy to use. I’d definitely recommend this washer if you want something modern, powerful, and hassle‑free.

Smart with most efficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Samsung washer and dryer since last couple years and they're amazing. Both washer and dryer are smart but at the same time they're super efficient and doing good job and cleaning the clothes and everything. Speed is also amazing at the end it is doing final ranges which leads value minimal water at the end. Also capacity is good even though they're claiming 4.5 ft.³ but I have not really measured but it's pretty decent for family of four

Great front load washer unit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find the front load to have a slightly smaller capacity then originally expected. However it does have a pretty quick AI sense clean feature that seems to do a good job sensing the size of the load. I like being able to connect through the app and see time frames, and select whatever temp and other options. Moat AI suggestions seem to make the wash cycle both quick and efficient.
