Great choice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has been great. Both the washer and dryer are less than a month old but my laundry has been washed and dried wonderfully. I’ve never had a front load washer and dryer and to date it has been a good experience. I like how efficient and quiet the machines are. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Get the clothes clean

I had my first front load washer, the same manufacture and model for three years they only product problem was that one of the support broke and although I could have replaced the part that was so labor intensive to repair it I decided to buy a new one, the washer cleans like a dream and that is what we liked. We were a family of two and we never overloaded the washer. I was disappointed, however, that it only lasted three years.

New Washer Upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer replaces a previous samsung model that quit after 15 years. The washer meets all expectations. Love that it is energy efficient and all of the different modes more than meets my washing needs. Even on heavy duty it is very quiet while running. Very user friendly and easy to use. Clothes come out very clean. The machine itself looks good as well.

Outstanding washer

I used to own a Whirlpool, but I decided to give Samsung a try, and oh my, I can't believe how well it does with my clothes. Because I change from clothes to another pair daily, the quick wash option saves me time if I need to toss in my clothes to wash I highly recommend this machine!!

Lots of great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got the washer yesterday and only got to wash one load yet. Had a samsungh years ago till the washer quit. Purchased a new lg couple of years ago and hated it. It was a top load but was a piece of junk. Couldn't hardly get clean clothes clean let alone dirty farm clothes. Just after one load I can see this is much better already.

I did have to read back about the shipping bolts almost left them in for good cord management, but i did take them out and put caps in. Read the instructions dont try and be a know it all. LOL. I ike the ice cream truck melody when the washer or dryer stops. The smart home connects is nice, it lets you know when cycles are completed if you have to step out. Dont know about using the app to actually set up laundry cycles, really dont i have ever loading machine and programmed it complete later. The Steam feature for the washer & dryer is absolutely great, it is a must have.
