You don't have to use that feature if you don't want to. It washed my dirtiest laundry for 4 hours one time. That was a bit much. But it's a great washer

It runs quietly, cleans clothes really well, and has a lot more space than I expected. Even larger loads like blankets and towels come out clean without needing a second wash. The different wash settings are easy to use and the machine looks sleek too. Definitely feels like a quality appliance and worth the money.

It’s also surprisingly quiet, even when it’s spinning, which I really appreciate.One of my favorite things is the SmartThings feature. it’s so convenient to control and monitor washes from my phone. The capacity is amazing, easily handling big loads without any trouble, and the cycles are super fast compared to what I was used to before.The controls are easy to figure out, and I like having different wash options for everyday clothes, towels, and delicate items. It also uses less water, which is a nice bonus.Overall, it’s been reliable, efficient, and really easy to use. I’d definitely recommend this washer if you want something modern, powerful, and hassle‑free.

Smart with most efficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Samsung washer and dryer since last couple years and they're amazing. Both washer and dryer are smart but at the same time they're super efficient and doing good job and cleaning the clothes and everything. Speed is also amazing at the end it is doing final ranges which leads value minimal water at the end. Also capacity is good even though they're claiming 4.5 ft.³ but I have not really measured but it's pretty decent for family of four
