We replaced our Maytag washer and I couldn’t be happier! This washer not only gets clothes cleaner, it is quieter and more energy efficient. The smart feature is so handy, and the capacity accommodates our busy family’s needs including bedding and loads of towels!

High Tech Washing Experience

The amount of clothes you can fit in one load is unbelievable, along with how efficient AND quiet it runs. There are so many settings to choose from, and stains stand no chance. The smart tech capabilities are incredible, and the app/TV notification when the load is finished is the icing on the cake. We also love the cosmetic look of the modern design and happy that it compliments our laundry room perfectly. I highly recommend this product.

No more accidentally slamming the lid closed with the slow close lid, lots of wash options, i use heavy wash most often, and a nice shiny app to come with it as well! I like that it has an "extra full" fill option for when you have a big load you wanna cram in there. The noise level has been minimal compared to what i am used to. Its been washing my clothes very thoroughly and hasnt even gone out of balance with my big heavy king size comforter! Overall, I would recommend!

The Active WaterJet feature is a fantastic addition, as it helps to thoroughly clean heavily soiled items. The smart capabilities of this washer are just amazing, I can control and monitor the cycles remotely through my smartphone, making it convenient and allowing me to multitask.
Now I don’t have to go to a laundromat to wash my big comforter cause this washer is so big that it fits perfectly fine, plus clothes came out cleaner than with my old washer I just love it. I can’t recommended enough, it’s the best I ever had. 😍❤️

I was amazed when I witnessed the first run cycle. The inner tub was spinning and I couldn't hear it even while the agitator was engaged. I found it to have deceptively more capacity in the inside. I was able to put in blankets with not problem. We were able to connect it to the smartthings app and have control over it. I found the dials easy to use and am very happy with how clean my laundry is coming out especially when I use quick wash.

Such an upgrade!

I love the ease of getting a load started, and how quickly I can load the machine and get to washing my clothes. There are a few features I really enjoy. I am getting used to the water jet, and I really hope to use it more, but on the surface it is a complete GameChanger over other machines. Second, I actually love having the middle agitator. It seems to wash my clothes more completely and keep them from getting tangled or bunched up. I need to do more studying to figure out the “downloaded” function, but I know that will come with time. For now, such a great change over the previous washer and my clothes are coming out cleaner and fresher each wash!

SAMSUNG has never disappoints me!

Unique setup and it fits perfectly. Also, they both are very quiet so the smart things app comes in handy to know when they both are done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a new washer since I moved into my house 3 years ago but we really couldn't afford a new one. When this opportunity came up to get this I was so excited. It was a huge savings on price which helped us afford it. But moving on. I am so amazed at this washer, it is sooooo quiet. I love it. I have a 7 month old and to have a washer that is quiet is amazing. (Wish I would of had it sooner) even during the spin cycle it isn't loud like most are. And it also doesn't shake like a earthquake like my old washer. It has the app which I will admit I am not very tech savvy and I probably won't use it often. But I do find it handy to get a notice when the load is done washing. Because again it being so quiet I don't hear when it's done. Which is a good thing, but then I forget for a little while and have to put in the dryer a little later. I have noticed it spins very well and gets a lot of the water out which is good. Cuts back on dry time. I definitely recommend this washer to anyone looking to buy a new one.

Everything you need plus more!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great washer! It's a huge difference from my last washer. I've done every type of load and I haven't had any issues whatsoever. Clothes / bedding is throughly cleaned and I love the fact that they never come out all tangled up. With the smart things app I'm able to control the washer and dryer all from my phone and both have more settings where I'm able to customize for each load. I really love the laundry recipe in the app that helps guide me through each setting depending on the type of clothes I'm washing. This setting is also available on my matching dryer. The last top load washer I owned didn't have the agitator and alot of the times my clothes would come out still dirty. That's not the case with my new Samsung washer the agitator helps move the clothes around making sure they're throughly cleaned without tangling everything up or being too rough on my delicates. I can't believe how quiet the washer and dryer is! The only sound I hear is the cute little tune it plays when the cycles are finished. I love my new Samsung washer and dryer and recommended it to everyone. I can't get over how excited I am to actually do my laundry now lol. Thanks Samsung for making my life a bit easier!

Nice Washer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a pretty old, well used front load washer with this Samsung washer and now I feel spoiled! I was surprised at just how many clothes you can wash in one load with the large drum capacity. It has an agitator and I was still able to wash a king sized comforter! I love that it has a deep fill setting which is necessary for large loads. I have a Samsung phone, so already had the Smart-Things, but connecting the washer to it was quick and easy. The app has a ton of "laundry recipes" which are helpful if you don't know which of the many washing cycles to use. It's also nice to be able to see where you are at in the washing cycle without going out to the laundry room. Another thing I really like is the built in waterjet - I have found this super helpful when pretreating the many stains that are on my kiddos clothes. My only complaint is that it is kind of noisy when the agitator is turning during the wash cycle.

My clothes are really clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having a washer that didnt work amazing it is so nice to have a washer that works so well. One of my absolute favorite features that it has is the ability to connect to my Amazon Alexa and will announce when my washer is done. I am a very busy mama, wife and rancher and I need something that can cut through all the dirt and whatever gets on my clothes. This machine does exactly that. It gets my clothes clean and I love that I can pick what size I need to not waste water. One downside I have found is that this is a tall washer, I am not. I have to stand on a step stool to reach the bottom of the washer, I am 5'3" for a reference. It is a deep barrel which also means it can hold a lot.
