Gone were the days of going to the dreaded laundrymat, and that it just couldn't get any better than this....Our very own laundry room in the comfort of our own home?! No more having to go out to sketchy laundromats paying from our pockets to wash our clothes, and have to sit and wait as these loud, obnoxious machines run through the clothes, sometimes not even cleaning that stain we needed to get off before that meeting the next morning. THEN WELCOME OUR NEW LAUNDRY COMBO FROM SAMSUNG! Everything we needed was right at home with the newest member of our family....The Samsung SmartThings Laundry Machine. One of the first things that stood out to me was the amount of space in both our dryer and washer. You can roughly fit three full loads of clothing into it, no exaggeration, along with the spacious and sleek design of the machine you're able to save time,the features are absolutely endless for example, One feature from the machine was its integration with the Samsung SmartThings ecosystem. Through the SmartThings app, I'm able to control and monitor the machine from anywhere, giving me flexibility and convenience. Whether I'm at work or running errands, all it takes is a few taps on my phone, and I'm able to pause, start, or adjust the cycle just like that! It's simple yet absolutely amazing.Along with that, The machine's intelligent capabilities are beyond excellent;The sensors within the machine detect the weight and fabric type for each load and it even optimizes the water usage.This not only ensures optimal cleaning performance for my clothes to look absolutely fantastic, but it also helps conserve water and energy, saving me money. And you know I need that! Overall, the machine contributes to both environmental sustainability and cost savings. And it just keeps getting better.In terms of performance, such as noise and how well it cleans. It's perfect, absolutely silent,and removes stains along with odors; it has everything from gentle cycles to delicate fabrics to powerful stain removal. Overall, the machine has a sleek, modern design with a large capacity, a great quiet and smooth cycle, and it brings a step up from having to wash your clothes in those rundown washers. It's absolutely amazing; would definitely recommend it! AN ABSOLUTE SYSTEM WITH EVAN MORE HELP WHEN YOU DOWNLOAD THE SMARTHINGS APP. A quick download on google play or the appstore will give you alerts when your laudry is done or if your detergent is getting low! WHAT now tell me how would you know when the teenager put his/her laundry and forgot to put it in the dryer if it wasnt for the app. A bevy of other features are also included in the app for exmple any issues arise or it needs maintenence the app gives a lot of valuble information so you dont get duped by any service tech. All in all the experiance cannot be beat. We love this amazingly fast laundry system that does its job.

Great dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer is very silent and easy to use, you have full view of time and temperature since the beginning.
Look is clean and beautiful on my laundry and Im happy to have a new machine to save energy and attend my whole family.
It comes with a door that closes when you are cleaning the filter, what avoids to lose pieces inside of it during the cleaning process.
The app also provides more information on the cycle and the machine itself, its a great and modern way to track the cycle without having to be waiting for the sound signal, it gives me much more independency on to outside, have a shower and not having to be closer to the machine.

This dryer is saving so much time
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer can hold so much and efficiently dries. I can easily fit in 2 laundry baskets worth of clothing with room for things to move and dry. There is plenty of space to accomodate a king size comforter. In my old dryer I would have to pull out and reposition the comforter multiple times and it would take hours to dry. I do still have to reposition once or twice but dry time was cut to under 2 hours to be completely dry. My previous lint trap was a nightmare to open, this one opens so easily so I can easily colelct all of the lint in the trap. One of my favorite features is the notification on my phone and Samsung TV's that the dryer cycle is complete. It's a nice reminder to get up and fold the laundry, but there are custom settings so that you can have the laundry continue to rotate to avoid wrinkles for a few hours if you aren't ready to fold.

Sleek Dryer with Smart Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sleek new dryer has a lot of features, and the The SmartThings app makes it easy to tell how much time is left in the drying cycle. I can also use the SmartThings app to send settings to the dryer and control the dryer from the app. I can use the app to create recipes and can even check usage history, filter status, and energy usage from the app. The dryer has a large capacity, which means I can dry several blankets in one load, and they are dry without having to add time. There are quite a few options to choose from as far as drying cycles, including a bedding cycle.

Almost perfect
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer had the potential to be perfect and blown me away.. yet it lacked on a very fundamental key point.
Don't get me wrong, this dryer has everything you'd want and need (and then some!). To start off, the color was something that I was a little skeptical about, as I've always had white appliances, but as soon as it was delivered.. man! I was sold. The off-white and rose gold combination is amazing and really sets them apart.
The size of the dryer itself, is HUGE. We can fit a lot of clothes in there to dry* (more on that asterisk in a second), and the functions and available options are endless! We love it.
I will say that the steam sanitize is something my husband is truly obsessed over, he can throw his clothes in there and not only does it freshen them up, it takes care of the wrinkles, as well. Talk about a BIG WIN! No longer having to spray Febreze on things nor iron? Sign me up!
The SmartThings app is something that we hooked up from day one (all of other appliances are also Samsung) and we love the information and the notifications we get from it. When something is dry, the option to custom create your own drying cycle, etc. One caveat is that the app keeps crashing for me (not my husband, just me). Could be user error, not sure but it does crash all of the time for me.
Now to my every so important asterisk... the clothes do not come out bone dry. That's right, you heard me. They come out 97% dry. Yes that means they are only ever so sligtly damp, but to me that means they are NOT dry. We gave Samsung a call and they let us know that this is done on purpose.. well, that's a new one for me but I guess I'll live with that answer. Mind you, after a few minutes of just air drying in the closet (or on top of your bed, I don't judge) they do dry up.. just seems odd that the clothes don't come out 100% dry.
It comes with an amazing warranty by Samsung so we will be keeping this one for quite a while. Overall, I'd still recommend it.

Samsung Dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The look of the washer is beautiful! It took me some time to figure out which setting was best for what I needed with the clothes. I also noticed that I can’t over load my dryer like I do my washer as the clothes would need to go back in the drying cycle again. I have the Smart Things app and this appliance is currently not connecting to it like my other appliances. My WiFi may need to change locations so that can happen. Other than that this dryer is great to look st and a major upgrade from the previous dryer I’ve had.

Dream Machine with Steam
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer has been on my radar for quite a while. It has amazing capacity, exactly what I need. It is big, beautiful and has a steam option for wrinkles! The controls are pretty simple to learn and setting up to my Samsung SmartThings App was a breeze. The on-TV screen notifications when the load is complete absolutely make my day! I was not sure about having a "smart" household but the more smart items I add, the more I enjoy it. The only thing that scares me is my electric bill having switched from gas to electric just for this opportunity. The app does provide you with energy usage, so I am curious to find out how accurate it is.
