Kickin Flex stove

Great look and flexibility!
First one delivered had a small ding in the chrome on the left side. Samsung setup a replacement and the customer rep made it simple. I really like the flexibility of this oven. To me it's like having three ovens in one. For most of the time we will probably only use the upper oven but on those special occasions when we either need the full capacity or double ovens it's there for us no matter what.
I wasn't impressed with the trim kit. Bought it and ended up returning it. It was a poor design and is taped using double-back tape to your countertop on both sides... I really wish Samsung had wings which screwed to the sides and overlapped onto your countertop which would make it a lot cleaner installation.
We had to use the small black close out strip that screws to the back of the oven and overlaps on the rear countertop (what we really need for the sides...). One the first oven it was missing the center screw and I "assumed" the installers left it out or lost it. On the second oven I found it's only shipped with two screws and Samsung needs to fix this. All three are needed. Without the center screw the black closeout strip will bow and not sit straight across the back.
The APP is kind of a joke since it's so limited on what you can do. If you leave home and forget to turn off any of the top burners you can't turn them off remotely. It only tells you if they are on or off. For baking I can setup my temperature but can't turn the oven on. It's just easier to set it up on the oven directly.

the front burner for the fast boil is awesome. then i can move the pan to another burner for it to continue cooking. there is just two of us at home so the smaller ovens have to be making a difference in our energy usage

Heats water to boiling very quick. Great for kids in the house because cooktop surface barely above warm after having burners on. Dual oven with the option of a large single ovgen if need be will be great for the holidays. Two Flaws otherwise Amazing
four and a half stars. amazing flexibility and control precision.
2 problems: i) the broiler is too weak. not sure if i can make it work. ii) the grill plate is designed to be too far away from burners to be useable. i resolved this easily by replacing the middle grate with metal brackets and resting the iron grill plate on these.

Dual fuel - the best of both worlds!!

Finally got them installed a couple months ago due to some renovation delays. I just love my dual fuel slide in range! Being able to cook in just the top half of the oven is awesome when preparing a meal for one person. Really cuts down on the energy use and heat in the kitchen. It’s great to be able to cook on gas (my favorite way) and bake with electric - who knew you could have the best of both worlds!! Many features I have yet to try but couldn’t be more satisfied with this product.

Love the gas top, double oven

Gas cooktop is very nice, the largest and smallest burner compares well to the Wolf. Wish the griddle top had a pour spout but this is no bigger. Cooked several meals in both ovens at the same time and worked very well. Love this feature. Not sure why the top oven only does convection. Sometimes I just want to warm something or keep it warm. There is a lot to know so I need to read the manual!

What are the dimensions of the stovetop cooking area?
The 3 grates measure front to back 20”, left to right 29”. Seperately the left and right grates each measure 10 6/8” wide while the middle grate is 6 3/4” wide. There is about 4” of stove beyond the grates to the back wall - comprosed mostly of the oven vent area. The interior if the oven is huge although a third oven rack could be useful. Sorry i didnt reply sooner.
