Very helpful , capacity wise ..cooling and look.
Product is easily moved around, capacity is very acceptable and cooling process never fails the look overall is very good. Since its side by side type it’s very good and easy as when using and since we bought it our electricity bill has not changed much. Thanks

A Lifesaver for Big Families & High-Traffic Walkwa
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although early in the lifecycle of ownership, this Samsung refrigerator already easily surpasses our experience with our previous KitchenAid.
We replaced a standard-depth French door unit with this side-by-side model, and the layout changes have been a massive upgrade for our busy household. The biggest win for our kitchen layout is the recessed pocket handles. By eliminating bulky, protruding handles, this fridge sits incredibly flush and instantly saved us nearly 2 inches of physical walking space in a high-traffic bottleneck entrance near our pantry.
What we love so far:
Whisper Quiet: Compared to the groaning of our old unit, the inverter compressor on this Samsung is incredibly quiet.
Real-Time Temperature Feedback: Unlike other brands that only show the temperature you want it to be, this Samsung actually displays the real-time operating temperature. When first plugged in, it accurately showed it pulling down from room temperature, giving us total transparency. No more guessing why the ice cream is soft!
Smart Storage & Better Hygiene: The vertical side-by-side freezer design completely eliminates the "bottom drawer pit" where frozen food goes to die and get buried. More importantly, the external, sealed water and ice dispenser is a total game-changer for a family with young kids. No more little hands digging into an open ice bucket, and no more humid air gaps or Florida bugs getting trapped inside. It fills up our large Stanley cups hygienically and effortlessly.
If you have a large family, host often, and want clean lines without sacrificing valuable kitchen walkway space, this unit is an incredible value. Highly recommended!

Always keep food and beverages cold/frozen! The fridge may not have a tablet but it is aesthetically appealing! It looks so modern especially with the stainless steel

It’s pretty, well designed, and I love that it has no front handles. It’s sleek and modern but looks nice with my antiques. It has a large capacity but takes up no more room than my old, smaller fridge. The controls are easy to use, ice maker is efficient and quiet, and the black stainless exterior is gorgeous.

Love it!

It has a lot more space than our old fridge, it started making ice right away, and looks great in the space. The fingerprint resistant finish is a win as we have a 6yo and a 3yo. I love how the handles are tucked inside the doors so you don't have anything sticking out into the kitchen. Overall, we are very happy with the product especially my wife, which is the most important part.
