Perfect Fridge for Us

There is so much space in the refrigerator along with great lighting that makes it easy to see everything inside. We love the 3 ice options and how much ice it produces every day. We have always had issues running out of ice, but not with this fridge! The family hub is great too. We use it to show photos, play music and check the weather forecast. We couldn't be happier with this fridge

Initial impression
Not owned long enough to give a thorough review, just initial impressions.
The family hub screen is huge, which is fine. It is as a ("tablet") somewhat limited. Nobody is buying a 2k tablet, so keep expectations low. That said, the s/w is completely acceptable. If you are a samsung person, as I am, then use your mobile samsung device to smart view to the hub. You will have basically any app you want. For me, I wanted to view my wyze doorbell (and other cams) w s/v I can do just that. I don't expect or need anything else on my fridge (that isn't already installed) again you're not buying a 2k tablet.
The four types of ice is more hype than practical. The ice unit hogs up a good bit of valuable fridge space. I'd settle for the boring two ice types for more room, that's fridge room where the unit is installed.
The doors are light-weight and open/close very easily. The only (non) problem w that is sometimes it doesn't get closed, thankfully there is a pleasant notify sound after elapsed door open time. As compared to others the doors are nice light easy to open close - not all fridge doors are.
The door shelves are narrow, they don't hold quite as much as another brand, but again, acceptable. The narrow space allows for small items hot, soy or worcestershire sauce size. Overall there is plenty of room for everything. As chef wannabes there is ample space for everything we keep in stock.
The camera is novel and kinda cool. I didn't realize this function was there & good thing because the food identification is a joke - love ya samsung but this needs lots of work. I don't care it doesn't bother me. The inside view in & of itself is perfectly fine, just don't rely on the labeling for your grocery list.
I am giving five stars because I'm partial to samsung and because I have zero complaints, but it has only been a short time.
Oh yea don't do store pick-up w/o a helper or two. It weighs 333 lbs and all doors have to be removed for any standard size entry.

Samsung Refrigerator
High tech refrigerator. Very nice. But i do have one basic question, where are the temperature controls to the freezer & refrigerator? Im still trying to figure this out. Great refrigerator!!!

Great all around Refrigerator

Love the size with the water and Ice on the outside, Love that fingerprints and spills do not show on it as we have younger kids. Super easy to clean!

Gamechanger...I'm Not Your Average Refrigerator!
This Samsung Smart Refrigerator keeps my entire family in the kitchen! From watching TV to the notes you can write, to the reminder of what's inside, to the different sizes of ice in 2 internal ice trays plus door options is amazing! Then to top it off the music of your choice bumping while you are cheffing it up in the Kitchen...Priceless! Run and get this unit you won't be disappointed, Thank me Later!

Lots of room for a big family

generally a good unit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refigerator has been great. A couple of minor issues: ice cubes often fall into the storage tray and are too high so when opening the freezer drawer, they hit the top of the unit and fall onto the floor of the unit; the touch screen is only slightly intuitive and is hard to get to display specific screens sometimes; the screen also froze one and needed to be turned off and on to reboot but was fine after that.

Love the ICE!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for a few weeks now. I generally do not like this style fridge but we got it for the three ice makers. Totally worth the change! The inside is big and holds a ton! The bottom skinny drawer holds my plastic egg cartons like a dream! We go through a ton of eggs! But the three ice makers will sell me every time. The other luxury items are cool. Not sure they are necessary but certainly makes things easier and neat.

My first and last fridge ◡̈

Super Satisfied!

Beautiful, technological, and it works!

I use Samsung SmartThings and Amazon Alexa, totally integrated into the Family Hub.
My Spotify account is linked, and I can listen to my favorites while in the kitchen.
It is nice to get alarms when the door is left open.
My only complaint is that the inventory it gets by looking at the food is often wrong.
