Huge difference
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We switched to this Samsung front loading washer when our top loading washer broke. This is the first front loader that we ever had. What a difference in how bright and how fresh the laundry comes out, especially when using the steam cycles. I have many pets and reptiles so I use the steam sanitize very frequently. The wifi and smart controls are a game changer. I just wish you didn't have to push smart control for each time, but I guess you have to load the laundry anyway. I would recommend also getting the pedestal if you are tall or have back issues. We didn't at first, but ended up getting them after. All in all it is a great washer and we love it!

Fantastic machine

I like that you can link the washer and dryer to your phone with smart things especially since my set is in my basement I no longer have to run up and down my stairs to check if it’s done. You can also download your own cycle style and I love that as well. The washer is very deep so it makes catching up on laundry a breeze I can fit almost 2 full baskets in the washer at a time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great unit. I haven’t had any issues using it at all. It cleans well and it requires minimum maintenance. I will say the one issue is you must stay on your preventative maintenance schedule. Do not fall behind.

It has great capacity to wash bedspreads and many different settings for all your needs. I still need to get the dryer that goes with it, but the washer is great

The outer appearance is also beautiful. I have the brushed black with what looks like bronze accents. It’s connected to my whole house. I get notifications on my TV and refrigerator when the cycle stops. I use the steam cycle to wash my spin mop reusable heads. Saves me a ton of money.

I have never had to wash any set of clothes twice because of the amazing cleaning power! It’s extremely convenient that i can control everything the app and it even lets me know when a load is done. Its extremely efficient and saves me money on bills especially with the steam function.
