would be everything if it folded too
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let’s start with the obvious. Yes, this washer/dryer combo is definitely big and heavy. But honestly, once it’s in place, who’s moving it? (Okay, full disclosure: my husband did have to move it once to adjust the legs because we have a drip pan underneath. But that’s a one-time thing.)
Now, one thing I didn’t expect but ended up really appreciating is the detergent and fabric softener cartridge system. Just a heads-up, you’ll need to make sure there’s enough clearance at the bottom front so the little door can swing open for refilling. It's a small thing, but something we didn't think about until setup.
So here's where it gets interesting. Laundry duties in our house are split: my husband handles the washing and drying, and I do the folding. He’s a bit proud of himself right now because this unit makes his job ridiculously easy. He just loads the clothes, selects the cycle, and boom, this machine handles the rest. Yes, I’m mildly jealous, because no, it doesn’t fold too (yet!). But hey, at least he doesn’t leave wet laundry sitting in the washer for a day anymore. Since this machine washes and dries, there’s no more forgotten loads turning into mildew central.
I’ll admit I was skeptical at first, especially when it came to bulky items like bedding. But wow, it holds a lot! I was able to fit a full set of sheets and a blanket into one load, and there was still room to spare. I’m not sure how they engineered this thing, but it’s a laundry miracle.
Also, the app is super handy. It lets us know when the load is done, and it even pops the door open when the cycle ends so everything can air out. Little thoughtful touches like that go a long way.
Honestly, we’re never going back to the old-school washer and dryer setup. This machine has completely changed how we do laundry in this house. And if they ever invent one that folds too, I might actually consider giving up my half of the chore. Maybe.

Switch Loads No More
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is really a game changer for doing laundry. How many times have you started a load in the washer and forgot to switch over to the dryer? Now you can go to bed and clothes will be washed and dried in the morning.
I have done standard loads, bedding, towels and whites. All clothes came out clean and dry. So many settings to dial in the right wash and drying.
The large touch screen makes setting up easy and to control everything.
Since this version is vented, you do need the 240V, 30 amp plug.

Amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This All in one washer and dryer has revolutionized the way I do laundry! Not only do I not have to worry about adding detergent or softener with every load thanks to the automatic dispensers that utilize AI to determine the correct amount, but also it saves time with having the dryer function built in. I'll never forget to move my clothes to dryer again! Not only does the washer aspect get my clothes clean in a quick time, but the dryer functionality gets them fully dry without having to redry multiple times. After the circle is complete, the door pops open to ensure no moisture get trapped inside as well. I also like the way that the smart things app lets you see exactly where I'm the cycle you are, and you can control it from the app. The machine also talks to my other Samsung devices and pops up a notification on my Samsung TV to let me know when the cycle is complete. The only downside is how heavy this machine is, however it is understandable since it takes the place of 2 machines in 1. 10 out of 10, definitely get this machine if you can!

Game changer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer-dryer combo is hands down one of the most convenient and transformative purchases I’ve ever made for my home, which is saying alot as i tend to always buy things that i feel will make life easier. While traditional separate machines allow for simultaneous washing and drying, making it so i have several loads in que to fast track the job - this all-in-one unit has completely redefined laundry day for me. The ability to start a load before bed and wake up to clean, dry clothes ready for folding is nothing short of amazing and life changing.
As someone with ADHD, laundry has often felt like a multi-day chore that i LOATHE. this machine has made the process so seamless and efficient that folding no longer feels like a burden. The generously sized top surface has even become my go-to folding station, which helps me stay on task and avoid procrastination.
One of my absolute favorite features is the automatic detergent and softener dispensing system. I no longer have to think about measuring or remembering additives—it's completely effortless and incredibly helpful. The machine also includes a variety of smart features and even apps like Spotify. While I personally don’t use the Spotify function much (the speaker quality is underwhelming and we already have a fridge with it in the next room), it may appeal to others who enjoy a more connected home experience.
The AI-driven adaptive settings and the broad range of wash and dry cycles are truly top-tier.
There have been a few minor issues: occasionally during the spin cycle, the machine struggles even with moderate-sized loads, and the lint trap has shown some cosmetic wear due to trapped debris so im slightly concerned if debris slipping through the cracks will end up being an issue in the long run . Additionally, on rare occasions, the towel cycle has left them feeling stiff, as if detergent hadn’t fully rinsed out. These aren't frequent occurrences, but they are worth noting.
Despite these minor quirks, I genuinely love this appliance. It has made laundry feel more like a streamlined part of my routine rather than a dreaded chore, and I’m genuinely excited to keep using it

I would buy two but there’s no need
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There have been few electronics that I have purchased and have failed to find a couple of flaws.... I have met my match. Samsung has hit it out of the park with this washer/dryer combo.
I originally had the older combo technology that utilizes steam to dry your clothes. You would put dirty clothes in, and 5 to 6 hours later, clean clothes would come out completely dry and ready to be folded. I thought that this was the trade-off I'd have to make in order to provide myself with that convenience. FALSE.
The Samsung engineers have given me what I've been searching for, a washer that does a really good job at washing, and then puts it into a dry cycle with vented heating.
I have yet to encounter a cycle that takes more than 3 hours to complete on this new machine!
I could go on and on about the things that I love, but the one feature that takes the cake are the liquid dispensers. The machine will measure the weight of the clothes within the drum, and then automatically dispense from the large liquid containers the appropriate amount of detergent and softener.
If there is a single flaw I can find, it's around the cycle modes. I hope that in the future Samsung will provide us with the option to customize the current cycles or create custom ones of our own and save them permanently into the memory. But for now, I have found the necessary cycles to use through their suggested modes you can download from online. My husband is very grateful that we have gone down from using convoluted combinations to a simple AI wash for everything, perm press for delicates, and steam-sanitized for bedding and towels.
Everything about the machine makes sense, and I genuinely do not have an inkling of buyers remorse. Do yourself a favor and get one of these. My husband approves, which is a 1 in 10 chance!

So Simple a Procrastinator Can Do it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot tell you how excited I was to get this machine. The washer and dryer it replaced was around 8 years old. I absolutely hated doing laundry and would put it off until I couldn't any longer. Regardless of what settings I chose the laundry wouldn't completely dry within a cycle (even when the units were new) and would get musty if another cycle wasn't started right away to finish drying.
To say that I had high expectations when it came to this new Samsung unit is an understatement. As soon as the delivery guys left, I spent the entire day testing this thing out. Setup was a breeze. I loaded the detergent and fabric softener into the machine and put it to work. I ran loads of all shapes and sizes. Clothing, bedding, towels, and rugs. Not only did they all come out clean but dry as well! This machine has a cycle for any situation. I love the AI bubbles option. I discovered a set in sauce stain on a comforter and threw it in with no pretreating, came out clean!
I love how easily this unit interacts with SmartThings. Gone are the days of getting up to check how long is left on the laundry. Just check the app! Forget to do the laundry until you're headed to bed? No problem with this machine - toss the load in and hit start. In the morning you'll be met with clean, dry, and fresh smelling clothes.
One thing I could not stand about my previous front load washer was the drum ring getting mold and mildew. I don't see that being an issue with this machine because it doesn't get a chance to hold in moisture since it dries your laundry as well. Not only this but it kicks the door open at the end of the cycle.
All in all, I love this unit. I am a stay at home mom with adhd - to say I'm forgetful is an understatement. This machine is a lifesaver. Thanks, Samsung!

Time-saving!

I downloaded the smart things app and it makes it much easier. The fact that you don't have to fill the detergent and fabric softener everytime is also a plus! Also not having to switch the clothes every load makes it nice. It has saved me so much room in my laundry room. The AI touchscreen also makes a huge difference when selecting load sizes and temperature settings. Having the automatic laundry dispenser below is also a very big plus to this machine. I absolutely recommend this product!

My wife made me do it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unable to ultimately say “No” to the Misses, I finally gave into her pleads for the Samsung Bespoke AI, Laundry Duo. The biggest challenge we would face is the fact that our current Samsung dryer is gas and I am not set up for a 220 electrical plug which on this model, the specs clearly called for that. Now, I would need to convert my gas dryer hookup to electric. My wife is super lucky that we both really like this new duo machine! The thing I like most about the machine is that because it is connected to the smart things app, she and I both get a notification on our phone letting us know the load is complete. NO more clothes sitting in the dryer gathering wrinkles because one of us has forgotten about them. The other thing is my wife really likes is the fact that when she used to put a load in the washer about 50% of the time she would get distracted and it would sit in the washer long enough to begin to stink. No more! I’m definitely on her good side! This should carry me for a bit! Thanks Samsung!

My New Toy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my AI Vented Laundry Combo and I must say I am impressed as well as nervous. Im impressed with the direction technology is going in and nervous because of my familiarity with having washer and a dryer not all in one. I have used it about 4-5 times now and so impressed on how it all works and the efficiency of washing and drying my and family clothes. From the delivery that went very smooth to my first wash, I have to say this is the best washer/dryer I've ever had. Some pros are I can control from my phone; it washes all at once, there are several cycles to choose from, I can watch YouTube as well as my ring doorbell right from my machine. One of my favorite pros is that I can fill the detergent and softener and forget about having to dispense with every load as it does it for me. With pros, there are some cons which include depending on the cycle my clothes may not be completely dry but that is a small fix, and the time displayed on machine for completion is off from what is displayed on my phone. With only having the machine less than a month, I am excited to of course keep using, becoming more familiar and for all the updates in the future. I would definitely recommend this machine to my friends and family. Samsung as a brand never disappoints.

Perfect alternative to traditional washer/dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical when my husband bought this combo unit as my experience with previous combo units in rental homes was that they take forever to do a load and the drying was especially terrible. Samsung blew my mind in both these aspects as our combined washer/dryer run only took an hour and a half and came out fully dry. I wish the capacity was larger but this machine is already gigantic so I can appreciate the limitation. I have this on the second floor next to my gym and the kids rooms. I alternate between throwing in gym clothes/towels and the kids laundry and revel in the ability to leave it and forget it, instead of having to come back after the wash cycle to then transfer to a dryer and start the process over. The one stop shop has been an essential luxury to have. I also enjoy having my fully connected home be able to keep me updated on the wash/dry cycles and when Im cooking in the kitchen or watching tv for my other samsung products to be able to notify me when the laundry has completed. What an incredible age of technology we live in! I also like that I can adjust the dry cycle duration as it is quite difficult to fully dry bed sheets/comforters because they always get balled up. The AI component of detecting soil/dryness is in early technology and I expect it to improve with use and time. The auto open door is such a simple yet genius idea to ensure that clothes are able to dry out and no smells develop if I am unable to unload the laundry in a timely manner. Being able to load the detergent in a reservoir for multiple 40+ load uses allows me to keep clutter of laundry detergent bottles hidden and away from the laundry room aesthetic. The new lint removal system is super simple and makes that process even easier without having to hand pick out pieces of lint. I have a normal separate set of laundry washer dryer in the actual laundry room on the first floor that has since become obsolete. Don't hesitate, although its expensive, the technology is worth it and nothing is more important than your time, and this product absolutely saves you more of it to do the things you actually want to do. It also helps that it looks super sleek!

Saves Time, Does the job right, and beautiful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my wife and I share the poor habit of starting a washing cycle and then forgetting about laundry and finding damp clothes that have sat in the washing machine a day or two later. On several occasions, she didn't like how the wet clothes smelled and redid the wash cycle. What a complete waste of water, time, and detergent! So when this became available, it was a no brainer to try it out. Now we can pop in a load at the end of the day before go to bed or when we wake up before going to work and it has made doing laundry so much more seamless and efficient. Although this is my first washer/dryer combo, from the reviews i read with other units, the duration of both cycles was in excess of 5-6hrs. Samsung has figured this out and we were able to run a combo wash in under 2 hours. Of course, on faster more economic modes, the clothes do not become bone dry like on a dedicated dryer unless you increase the settings. I love the customizability that I have to adjust load settings depending on what I'm washing, specifically the difference between normal clothes and washing bedding. This way I can have customized runs for specific things and adjust dry time, or adjust load heaviness. I spent a lot of money on my sheets and I feel that they are being better cared for with this level of customization. I also love the super speed run, as there have been rare instances where I need to wash one particular item and feel bad using a normal wash cycle for it. Now I can customize it to my needs. It is also awesome that you can preload detergent and softener for the machine to administer based on your needs. I think this really allows you to make laundry less of a chore. As trivial as this may sound, I absolutely love building a smart home. It brings joy to me when my Samsung computer monitor or my Samsung TV notifies me while I'm working or watching TV that my laundry load has completed. It is awesome to be able to assess what stage your laundry is in on the smart things app. This unit is also my secondary laundry in my house situated on the third floor next to our gym and our kids rooms. I have a normal separate washer/dryer in our true laundry room, and i find myself coming to this machine instead. The incredible technology that saves us steps/time wasted on chores is worth every penny.

The laundry of the future
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our old laundry machine and dryer machine over 10 years, while we took really good care of it my husband and I started talking about upgrading it to something more modern now that we have a new home and had a 4th boy 7 months ago. I've always been a fan of Samsung so when I discovered about this Bespoke vented AI Laundry combo machine it quickly became my dream to get one. I finally did it, I got rid of the old 2 machines and replaced it with 1. My laundry room is slowly becoming a dream come true, having this all in one machine allowed me to envision a new laundry room with more space for shelves and baskets and bins haha. As the only woman in the house and the one who stays home with a baby and does laundry for family of 6 (4 boys to be exact) I do a lot of laundry!! However, having a baby my brain sometimes forgets to toss from washer to dryer as I am always occupied with my adorable human being. My husband tends to come home and save the day to toss into the dryer. With this machine, I not only gave him freedom from switching the laundry but also myself. Just toss it in and go about my day. When I am ready laundry is ready and door is open for me to grab the clean clothes or bedding! This has simplified my life so much more. You know what else I really love? It connects to our phone, being a technology guru, I kinda secretly really love this feature! I have tried so many different modes so far from bedding (bulky blankets and bedding sheets), to towels, delicate clothes, small load, AI wash and dry load, normal (with turning off dry mode), to activewear (one can imagine how much activewear is around here hah) to tide pod cold cycle. I also really love the dryer lint is super easy to clean, no more bending to clean on the bottom, it's on top and super easy to clean. In addition, it has reminders on my phone when done as well as every 40 cycles reminds me to clean the machine. There are so many ways to love this machine and use it of course. It's also very quiet and allows my baby to sleep peacefully while the machine is running. Great quality product that should easily last many years to come.

I love high tech Samsung Appliances and this laundry all in one is the best. Just put all your clothes in and let AI take over, it will dispense detergent and fabric softener, with AI Opti Wash & Dry it detects how dirty the clothes are and automatically selects the best setting to get the laundry clean. The touch screen is like having another tablet around the house, it can access all settings in one place or you can control everything remotely with the Smarthings app! So far I am loving doing laundry.

I am fast becoming a Samsung addict!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I talked my husband into purchasing me the new Samsung AI Bespoke Laundry Combo, which was a feat in itself, since we actually have a gas dryer hook up. This meant to purchase this particular combo he was going to need to do some major upgrades. Well, he did it for me and I am genuinely indebted to him and it is absolutely worth it!!! I’m thrilled with pretty much everything about my new W/D! The first thing I got excited about with this machine was the idea of completely washing AND drying a full load of laundry in 68 minutes. I thought I had hit the jackpot, since everyone knows “time is money”! Sadly, when I washed my first load of clothes, I was seriously disappointed after having quickly run through the tutorial (without paying too much attention mind you) and setting everything basically on a “normal” setting, just to discover that it was saying my laundry would be complete in 2 hours and 30 minutes. I was a bit baffled and perhaps a tad miffed; however, my husband came in a little while later and told me what I needed to set it on to run 68 minutes. Whew! I love the Smart Things app! I have multiple Samsung devices now and the app has become almost 2nd nature to me. The only issue is that others in my family don’t use it. Back to my fabulous new W/D combo, did I mention that I can fill the automatic detergent and fabric softener dispensers located at the bottom of the machine and AI intuitively knows how much to extract based on the amount of soil on clothes, bedding, etc. Additionally, I can now purchase the lesser priced liquid detergent over the cost of the laundry pods, since the pods were simply a convenience purchase for me. The machine runs so amazingly quiet that it could actually be located and running in my bedroom at night while we were sleeping without waking us. Speaking of running the machine at night, prior to purchasing thi W/D combo, I would find myself wanting to put a load in the washer before going to bed, but I would usually stop myself for fear of forgetting it in there the next morning. It’s always a bummer to come home after a long day at work to find a washer full of clothes that need to be rewashed after sitting for almost 24 hours. Im happy to report this is no longer an issue! I can easily throw my load in before bed knowing that I’m going to wake up to the full load complete! The door even automatically opens for me allowing the heat to exit and air out the load. On those mornings that laundry is the last thing on my mind, it’s no longer a biggie! I could mention a myriad more of the incredible features this W/D combo offers, but then I would just sound like a braggart! Lastly, I will add that my husband is pleased with the 20 year warranty. Many companies seem to be shortening their warranty these days, but Samsung actually extended there’s out to the 20 year mark! This is unheard of!

Wash and Dry and Space Saver
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been an amazing time saver doing laundry. Washing and drying in the same unit is great and saves time especially when you forget to change loads.
The lint catcher is easy to clean out and being able to store a lot of detergent and softener in the washer is another amazing time saver. Just throw in loads of dirty laundry and start up with out adding anything.
There is a lot more space in the laundry room now and able to store other cleaning items in the room now as well.
I do like using the touch screen to set up every load. The drying has been great as well with clothes washed and completely dried.
Still learning what else can be done as there a ton of options.

Laundry Made Easy and Fast
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bespoke AI Laundry Vented Combo All-in-One Ultra Capacity Washer and Electric Dryer has completely changed the way I do laundry. One of my favorite features is how it seamlessly washes and dries in a single cycle, so no more forgetting to move clothes from the washer to the dryer. Everything comes out clean, fresh, and perfectly dry every time. I have noticed I don't even need to use dryer sheets anymore.
The large automatic soap dispenser is another standout feature, which I love. I no longer have to guess how much detergent to use as it dispenses the right amount automatically, which is not only convenient but also helps preserve my clothes. AI Laundry Masterpiece
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you would've told me 5 years ago that there would be an all-in-one washer and dryer that actually worked, I wouldn't believe you. Not only does this work really well, but it is loaded with bells and whistles that actually make me look forward to doing laundry. Being able to play music or videos on my washing machine is amazing in itself, but having a single unit that washes, dries, automatically dispenses detergent and softener, and also uses AI to learn my usage and adjust accordingly is as good as it gets. It's so convenient to be able to throw my laundry in and start a cycle, and then go run errands without having to plan time in between to transfer my clothes to the dryer. This is a must have for people on the go who also love tech.

Fun Tech for a washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this thing is great! The technology is amazing. So easy to work with. Fill the detergent, fill the fabric softener, and you are ready to go! The app tells you how much detergent and softener are left. The alerts are easy and let you know when the wash cycle is done, when the dryer is done. Have done multiple loads and each was different. Regular clothes, sheets, towels and so far all have been just as good as any other washer and dryer combo I have had in the past. I also really like this design for the lint trap. So much easier to clean it off than previous versions.

Laundry on the fly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung AI washer and dryer combo is a total game changer for our family. Let me start at the beginning: a nice, stylish, well designed machine arrives at my door step and gets set in place in lieu of my 2 other old but reliable machines of 10 plus years. I look at my new laundry space and notice how much more space I just gained by the idea that it's a combo.
To add to the fun, I plug it in and a nice looking digital screen greets me with a well executed step by step instructions guide on how to set up the unit plus features and QR code to install the smart things app to link the machine to the phone appears. As my house has a lot of Samsung Smart devices, this machine quickly found a home here. Connected flawlessly to my network already setup and ready to go via smart things that was well established on my phone.
Once the setup process was completed, the machine has a simple to use interface that allows for selection of variety of features such as AI wash and dry which auto selects pretty much for you the entire wash and dry cycle depending on the item and soil level. Love love love this feature as it simply became my go to feature now. Just set and forget it. Some time later, the clothes are perfectly washed and dry. No mess, and no need to switch over which I must say is something to get used to. Breaking that habit of having to constantly switch over from washer to dryer is a chore that I hated especially while taking care of a house with 4 children (boys).
There are other features such as steam wash, bubble soak, speed cycle, etc. I tried almost all with different variations of clothes, blankets, and towels and the items came out soft, fresh, and fully washed and dried as expected. Some cycles do take a long time however but I tend to do my laundry at night so it doesn't bother me especially when there's no need to swap from washer to dryer.
The bottom of the machine also has 2 containers for detergent, softener, or hybrid where you can alternate 2 different types of detergent. Each configurable to the cycle you select. What else could I possibly want in a washing machine. I love that you fill it up and the machine will select how much it needs and dispense accordingly. The right amount every time and I don't need to pour or add for a new load. It has a sensor of how much is left in each bin and notifies me when low through the touchscreen and the app. Truly remarkable. Also, the lint filter clean out couldn't be easier, slide it out right at a convenient height, slide it, and the lint rolls up. All built in to the filter.
No mess, easy to use and absolutely phenomenal. This machine has changed the way we do laundry forever and has provided us more family time instead of more chore time. Excellent quality product from a brand we already love very much.

Time saver and very reliable

What really blew me away is how much faster the whole process is, it washes and dries in nearly half the time compared to my old setup. I used to have to wait around to transfer loads between the washer and dryer, and dry several times but now I can just toss it all in, walk away, and come back to clean, dry clothes.
One minor hiccup I ran into was during the first use… the machine didn’t recognize that detergent had been added. It was a little confusing at first, but turning the unit off and back on quickly resolved the issue. Since then, it’s been running flawlessly with no issues at all.
The smart features are incredibly helpful. The app keeps me in the loop with real-time notifications, so I always know when the cycle has shifted from wash to dry. I love that it alerts me the moment everything is done and automatically opens the door, so I’m not stuck waiting or guessing. It’s the little things like that which make a huge difference.

One of the best features is that I can wash and dry my laundry in the same unit. I can also control the washer and dryer from my smartphone using the SmartThings app, which is super handy for starting or monitoring a load while I’m catching up on my favorite shows. This machine is a powerhouse! It fits a lot of laundry, which is perfect for my busy family. There are plenty of settings available, so I can always find the right one for whatever I’m washing. Plus, my clothes come out looking great, thanks to its steam wash and advanced AI Bubble technology. The design is sleek, and the large LCD screen makes it easy to use. Game changer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This all in one washing machine is a game changer for my family. The size is big enough for my family of 6 and with multiple kids in the family. This is very convenient to set the machine to work at night and I’ll wake up with clean laundry. It is also very quiet to I didn’t even know it was on sleeping in the next room. I definitely would recommend this for friends and family.

Answer to My Prayers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So lets start out with the elephant in the room, yes this washer/dryer is big and heavy, but how often are you going to be moving it once it is in place. I did have to move it after installation because I had a drip pan underneath it and needed to adjust the legs so that they go up higher. Fun fact this has a cartridge for the detergent and fabric softener, so you have to make sure you have enough room in the bottom front of the unit for the door to open so that you can fill the cartridges.
So onto the fun part for me which is my job with the laundry is to make sure all the clothes are cleaned and then my wife folds them. Well this unit knocks my job out of the park because all I need to do is load/unload and choose the right cycle because this thin does the rest. Sorry dear but I just made my work more efficient. The only thing that could make this machine better would be if it folds it also, sadly we are not to that place.
The major problem that I always had was that I would load laundry and forget about it in the wash for a day, then it would smell weird and I would have to wash it again. with this thing since it washes and dries. All I need to do is take it out and lay the clothes flat.
My wife was concerned with washing bedding and I can tell you that I can fit a blanket and the sheets into a load and I still have half the drum available, so this thing has plenty of room.
the app does a great job of telling you when a load is done. It will even open the door once the drying cycle is complete to let everything breath.
ya this family will not go back to the conventional separate washer and dryer.

Best household appliance in existence
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my husband told me that he was trading in our almost 8-year-old washer/dryer combo for an updated version, I hesitated. I didn't understand what was wrong with the current one. I finally accepted the fact that the laundry will take 6 hours to complete...but at least will be clean and dry without requiring interaction.
I was wrong.
This new machine has made life so simple and easy. I never have to put in detergent with each load and measure based on how much is in the washer. I don't have to turn the dial and select different (and what seemed infinite) combinations to make sure that the clothes are dried properly because this new machine uses vented heating. I almost forgot how convenient this traditional heating is!
For what originally seemed like a spontaneous purchase to me, I have come to understand that he was listening to my complaints and had a plan. Our laundry time has been cut in half! I am never going back to the separate washer dryer combination, especially now that it is vented.

Awesome!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this washer/dryer combo was really neat. Now, I got to try it out for myself. It is really high tech. I use the app that goes with it. There are so many options with this machine to choose from. I love that you can put the laundry detergent and fabric softener in the containers and the machine will let you know when you are low and the app does to. The whole cycle from wash to dry is about 90 minutes or longer. It is a great machine to have. I love it. You can fit a good amount of clothes in it too.

A True Space Saver Combo Washer/Dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I decided to try the Samsung WD90F53AVBUSAA Bespoke AI Vented Laundry Combo, I was really drawn to the idea of simplifying my laundry routine. Combining a 5.3 cu. ft. washer and a vented electric dryer into one sleek unit sounded like a dream, and I was intrigued by its smart features like AI OptiWash & Dry and the Flex Auto Dispense System.
What I've loved is the sheer convenience. Being able to start a load and have it wash and dry without me having to move anything is fantastic. The Super Speed cycle has been a lifesaver for smaller loads I need quickly – sometimes done in just over an hour! The capacity is great, easily handling my weekly laundry, and I’ve been impressed with how quietly it operates. Plus, the modern design with that 7-inch AI Home LCD display looks really smart in my laundry space, and I appreciate that it’s a vented dryer, which I generally find more effective.
However, my experience with the drying hasn't been consistently perfect. While many of my clothes come out perfectly dry, I've had a few instances, especially with larger or bulkier items like towels or bedding, where things are still a bit damp and need an extra dry cycle. It feels like the AI's moisture detection doesn't always get it spot on for every load. And while it's not unique to this machine, I've noticed big items like comforters can sometimes get a bit tangled and not dry as evenly as I'd like.
So, what's my verdict? I think the Samsung WD90F53AVBUSAA offers a really compelling taste of laundry convenience. The washing performance is excellent, and for many loads, it’s a true time-saver. If you're tight on space or just love the "set it and forget it" idea, and you're willing to experiment a little with the drying settings to get the best results for all your different loads, I think it could be a great fit. But if you're someone who washes a lot of very bulky items and needs them perfectly bone-dry every single time without any fuss, I'd suggest considering those mixed drying experiences. For me, the overall convenience and smart features generally outweigh the occasional drying hiccup.

As good as advertised
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were able to put this through the test. From heavy, dirty to lightly spoiled and it performed beautifully. The clothes smelled good, look great and we're dry entirely. Our most difficult part was finding the right connections to put the machine in between the water and the former drain. After that it was easy street. I have connected the machine to my phone (SmartThings) and know everything that is going on. Great product!

Game changing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This all in one Washer dryer combo with AI technology is a game changer for my family. We normally wash 3 loads of laundry per week but have to spend all day just doing laundry. With this new combo I can put in my laundry and set it to wash at midnight and I wake up with clean laundry ready and I can put in my second load and run errands and it’s clean. All detergent and softener are set in the machine so I don’t need to reload every time. I definitely love this machine. It saves time and money with putting just the right amount of detergent every load. It saves on water too. I will definitely recommend to everyone friend and family.
