If you'll notice every bad review is the result of improper ventilation and not having the critical thinking skills to perform a hard restart when a error screen is persistent. Properly vent your units and they will dry. When encountering a software/firmware issue, unplug the maching, unplug the motherboard, wait 1-5ish mins, plug in and 95% of the time it will fix the error.

If you have Samsung phone with Smarthings you can control the washer cycle, capacity of water temp, it also shows you capacity of levels of the detergent and softener. It even tells you how much water and electricity used. It also tells you after certain cycles to self clean the drum.

It makes laundry so much easier. Not to mention it is quicker than a traditional washer and dryer and cleans well. The capacity is great, it has a sleek design and it has many different options using smart technology. I would highly recommend this product.

I am excited about the fact I don’t have to take the clothes out of the washer and put them in the dryer. I can control the setting from my phone just by downloading the app. What a great combination and new addition to my family.

It does take longer to dry the cloths and it has an odd concept of what it considers dry but its cleaning capability is excellent. The user-interface is great. I would buy it again. What I found that works is when it does not properly dry the cloths, rather than putting it on a dry cycle, you put it on AI wash & dry and turn off the wash. Then when you need it to be touched up, it gets them fully dry. Hopefully they will update the software to get it right the first time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the price 100% [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Zero issues with the machine thus far, have had it for over 2 months. This thing can hold a TON of clothes or large bedding items which is a major plus for me. You never have to worry about the mildew smell post wash since it dries itself out. A bunch of settings to get the ideal wash/dry (wrinkle prevent, pause in between to take out stuff, and regulat wash/dry features). Only cons: if you use pods only you'll still get a "detergent/fabric softener storage empty" every time, haven't found a way to disable that. This thing is HEAVY, it is 300 pounds so be prepared to get some help moving it. I will say, however, because its so heavy (as well as with the calibration the machine does before the first wash) it never shakes wildly. Last pro i almost forgot: this thing is SILENT, so nice especially if you live in an apartment to not hear it all the time.
