Now I can put a rack in to hang clothes as I pull them out plus more storage. And we all love space. The design is fantastic. For seniors who have trouble lifting and moving things, this is very much appreciated as we get much older and want to stay in our homes and take care of ourselves.

This eases the need to transfer loads, and you can load a decent amount of clothes. Just load initiate wash and come back for a nice smelling fresh garments. Thank you Samsung for this great product!

We are a multi-generational household so laundry is always busy. Having wash and dry in one cycle has stopped the problem of somebody leaving their clothes in the washer, tying the machine up for the next person. I appreciate the space savings, and the machine is extremely quiet. So far, seems to wash and dry very well. Large selection of wash cycles. Currently using up Tide pods and will try the automatic dispensers next. I also put it on the pedestal, appreciate the storage and the height makes it easy to access clothes in the back of the drum without bending over. Everything about this combo is designed to improve convenience and ease of use.

I had read one of the major complaints on the all in one units was dry time. This unit passes with flying colors. I love how easy the controls are to set and how I can load so much detergent and forget about it for weeks. Great unit. Also the space I now have is awesome.

And the SmartThings app. On the washing front, it automatically dispenses the right amount of detergent and fabric softener, and holds about 40 loads worth of each. So using it is pretty much toss clothes in, start it and walk away. Cleaning the lint filter is slightly more tedious than most dryers, but terrible.

My old Samsung washer finally gave up on me and we got this new combo washer. I love how I can control everything on my phone and it has so many options I can choose right on my phone. I can schedule a wash even when I’m not home. I love that the door automatically opens after washing (you can turn this option off if you want). It has a liquid detergent and softener containers that you fill up and the machine will determine how much to use. No need to put it manually. So many great options. Looking forward to many years of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years, I've failed to promptly remove my wet clothing from the washer, resulting in upwards of four wash cycles that ultimately left my clothing with a stench akin to that of a ripe teenage boy until the next wash day. This machine automatically advances to the dry cycle, eliminating the need to transition loads. It has saved me on energy, time, and frustration.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My new Cinderella [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical on this before buying because I was scared it wouldn’t dry completely, but it has been pretty good. You can fit alot in it so that’s good. It could do a better job getting fur off of clothes though. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats so house full of fur. I’ve noticed a lot of fur is in the front rim of the door seal when I take clothes out. The lint filter brush doesn’t pull it all off when you empty it so I take my vacuum to it. I have done about 6 loads in it and it already had a software update. I do like the fact my phone alerts me when it’s done and I can add dryer sheets at the end of the wash load. I even named it Cinderella so when it says it’s complete it says Cinderella has finished the cycle.
