[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the idea of loading the laundry and when it's done it's dry and ready. The AI features are great and helpful save energy. The vent free option is also nice as it allows you to seal off the existing vent to also save energy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love our washer/dryer combo! It has been a huge space saver and lifesaver! The notifications from the app are great! We know when the washer is done and the dryer is complete. You can select so many different options. You definitely have to allow lots of time for the full cycle. If you have hang dry, you can do delicates only without drying. It’s great! Your clothes wash and dry without having to move the laundry to another machine! And the best part, you store your detergent and fabric softener and the washer/dryer dispenses it for you! That’s a huge timesaver!

Work saver
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No filling soap and softeners every load. Just fill the dispensers and machine let's u know when it is low. No waiting for washer to quit and going back to put clothes in dryer. Just put clothes in, push button and the door pops open when dry. It is too bad it doesn't fold the clothes though

So many great features and cycles!

My only issue is, sometimes when it’s a load that has jeans or sweatshirt, you have to dry them longer but no big deal. I usually just add more drying time to the cycle. I’m extremely satisfied with the unit.

Easy access to all vital components that require servicing/cleaning...
DOES require lengthy drying times, and could benefit from an ever-so-slightly longer drain hose behind the detergent reservoir, but thoes minor considerations are more than compensated by the fact that no venting is required, and the unit operates incredibly economically on a standard 120volt outlet!
My cat sleeps on his gel-infused memory foam bed atop the unit, which lulls him to sleep with it's gentle undulations (safely out of reach from my inquisitive hounds)!

So much better than expected

I thought the size was going to be an issue. Nope. I wash queen and king size sheets and blankets with no issues.
And it sends me a message to say when each cycle is done. I am so happy with my purchase.

Maximum convenience

Bespoke all in one.

I do miss washing a load while the other one dries sometimes but this machine holds big loads so even if it seems like it takes longer it does everything. Like the sensors and that it tells you when it's time to service it or clean the filters... easy and convenient.

Great Choice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s very convenient not to move the washed laundry to the dryer. Also, it opens the door itself when it’s done. It takes half amount of area compared to the washer and dryer purchase separately. However, it takes little long time for the big laundry such as bed sheets. To completely dry it out, it takes over 3 hours and the price was pretty expensive, too. Overall I’m satisfied.

It handles everything with ease and even notifies me when it’s time for self-cleaning or when the detergent dispenser needs a refill. The built-in AI is a standout feature—it automatically senses the load and dispenses the right amount of detergent, which has consistently left my clothes smelling clean and feeling fresh.
I haven’t tried other all-in-one washer-dryer units, but I can confidently say Samsung really nailed it with this one. It’s simplified my routine and made laundry one less thing to stress about.
