Who needs a spouse when you have Samsung!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a full-time working single father of two, this unit has been an absolute game-changer. I often joke that it washes, dries—and even folds—my laundry! Jokes aside, I’m genuinely impressed with how powerful and efficient this system is, especially considering it’s ventless and runs on a standard 120v outlet.
It handles everything with ease and even notifies me when it’s time for self-cleaning or when the detergent dispenser needs a refill. The built-in AI is a standout feature—it automatically senses the load and dispenses the right amount of detergent, which has consistently left my clothes smelling clean and feeling fresh.
I haven’t tried other all-in-one washer-dryer units, but I can confidently say Samsung really nailed it with this one. It’s simplified my routine and made laundry one less thing to stress about.

Love this machine!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my laundry machine! It cleans well, its not especially loud, and I love the automatic soap and softener dispensers! I love that I can throw in a load of dirty laundry and it comes out washed and dried. You have the options to only wash, only dry, and several cycle types to choose from. I dont regret a thing!

Bespoke washer/dryer

It is do nice to be able to put a load in and then come back when they are dry. The app makes using the Bespoke so efficient. Follow along with time or change a setting right from your chair.

I love my All-in-One
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does take a lot longer to do a full drying cycle, but the clothes come out DRY. No having to mix it around and start it again 2 or 3 times. Plus, I always forgot to move my clothes from the washer to the dryer and would have to rewash it. The peace of mind of being able to start a wash when I go to sleep and wake up to dry clean clothes is amazing. I would definitly buy another one. With it being ventless, it opens up a lot of areas you can put it in your house.

Exactly what I wanted...almost
Owned for 10 months. Three software updates. I like the All-in-One. We had an issue with letting clothes sour in the washer. With the all-in-one, that's never happened. Cons - 1) You need to clean the filter regularly, like a Roomba. Based on on-line reviews, that's the key issue to it failing. 2) It is large. I wanted a European-style compact, mini. But, I've gotten used to it. Pros - 1) You can start from dirty to clean & dry, without additional steps. Unless you want to add dryer sheets/balls. 2) I love how well the softener is added & the cycle options. 3) I didn't care for the 1st software update, but I like the most recent one (April/May 2025). It adds some helpful display options. 4) The large detergent containers are nice. 5) I wash my blacks on delicate & I really like the specialty detergent receptacle. I am actually back on the site to see if I could get a 2nd one, but I guess that's not an option.

My experience
I have had this unit for 6 months. It is used for adults, a teenager, and a 2 year old. It is ran daily. Keeping up and learning the proper maintenance is a job in itself.

LOVE THIS WASHER DRYER COMBO
I absolutely LOVE this washer dryer combo. It does an amazing job on all the laundry. I love that I can put a load in in the morning and it be finished before I get home and if I need to, I can do a load at night and wake up to a perfect load of laundry. The only thing better would be if it came out folded...lol It is quiet enough to not bother me while sleeping. I highly recommend this unit!!

Great Buy maybe a little Boogie
I bought this and it was delivered 4/22/25. I love it. It does force you to keep the lint filter clean. That's a good thing. It does an excellent job. Washes/dries flawlessly.

Favorite Washer and Dryer
Purchased ~7 months from time of review, just noticed today that there are 2 loads left until we do the heat exchanger cleaning (every 180 loads) so we have done 178 loads to date. Has been the BEST washer dryer I've ever owned. Family of three. We have washed clothes, towels, ALL bedding (King sized comforter fits in this bad boy)... everything. No issues at all. Clothes are cleaner, fresher and so much easier to deal with.
Does it take longer to dry? Sure. But I wager that is often times not a realized impact to our routine since it automatically goes from wash to dry on it's own.
We love this thing and converted the dryer space that used to be occupied into a closet, effectively doubling our storage space.
Obviously we shall see on longevity, but 178 loads later it works like it did on the first day.
For reference I am 48 years old, this is my 6th washer and dryer owned so far (not including rental unit supplied systems).

Ecstatic about this washer/dryer.
Not that I get excited about washer/dryers, but what we had needed to be replaced. I overheard a clerk at the home improvement store talking about the features to another customer and I was hooked. Smartphone connected, opens the door at the end of the cycle, auto detergent feed, micro bubbles to improve cleaning, and no vent! Planning to move it upstairs where all the laundry is so no more up and down stairs. I actually think the laundry is much cleaner now.

Surprisingly convenient
I have had the washer combo about three months now. I bought it with the matching pedestal. The pedestal is expensive, but raises the opening to a usable height, and provides a place to store detergent, etc. I would highly recommend that. The washer does an excellent job at getting clothes clean, and they always come out completely dry (I left the default "open door at finish" setting, which probably helps). The surprising thing is that the detergent dispensing, together with not having to move the clothes to a dryer, makes the process easier than anticipated. It does take a long time, but not much of MY time. The unit also allows you to set a delay on washing, to take advantage of lower time-of-day electric rates. Oddly, it only allows you to set the end time, not the start time, and the estimated cycle time, which is often way off, influences this. Not a deal breaker, just humorous for me. I had to rebuild the cabinetry in my laundry room to suit the height of this unit, but the new cabinets are more functional anyway. Looks good, too!

Convenient

A month in wish we would have ordered pedestal at some time- ordered it after and just got it- helps with ease and height reaching in and not having to bend over

Good Combination Washer Dryer

Space and time saver- works great!
We are short on space and high on energy/water bills so this seemed like a good solution. I was hesitant to purchase because there are warnings online that 2-in-1 machines don’t fully dry clothes well, but after having this for almost 2 months, I can say we’re very happy with the drying. There was only one load that didn’t fully dry and it’s because some sleeves all got tangled up in each other. I loosened that and added a bit more time and they were fine. The main things I love about this machine are: 1. no transfer from washer to dryer 2. you can track progress on your phone and 3. Automatic detergent dispensing so you never have to measure out detergent. I will say normal cycles do take a couple hours to wash/dry and not the quick 98 minutes it advertises but smaller loads might be close to that time. The length of time hasn’t been a huge issue for us since you can start it and forget it until it’s dry and done. While I can’t speak on long term ownership yet, from what I’ve experienced so far, I definitely recommend this product even if you are not space limited like us! (p.s. installation did come with hoses unlike some things we read online)
