Great features
So far so good. Now, let's wait a couple of years to see if it still holding up. For example the unbalanced code usually comes up after a few years of use, so I hope this product lasts long like advertised.

This machine is amazing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a lot of Load capacity and i can put my whole laundry basket into the machine. The consistency is very nice and i love how it tells you on the screens when its done. The speed on the washer is really fast and gets them nice and done faster than i get finish cooking dinner. The efficiency is really good.

The solution I was looking for!

The capacity of this washer is pretty incredible, and it makes laundry chores more efficient. Most importantly, it’s easy to use and makes it feel like a faster process. Consistent loads and gentle on clothes. Love it!

Nice Washer Integrated with Rest of the Ecosystem

Also the black trim really looks pretty cool. 😎

So good
I’ve been using this washer for a while now and overall I’m very happy with it. It has plenty of room for large loads, runs quietly, and does a really good job cleaning clothes. I also like being able to check the cycle and get notifications on my phone through the SmartThings app.
There are a lot of different wash settings, but the controls are pretty straightforward once you use it a few times. The spin cycle does a great job getting most of the water out, which also helps reduce drying time.
My only minor complaint is that some of the cycles can take longer than expected, especially when the washer adjusts the time after sensing the load. Other than that, it’s been reliable and easy to use. I’d definitely recommend it.

Washes very large loads with ease. Clothes come out clean and fresh every time.love love love the pet hair collector and up to 5 rinse. Love the app to know when load is done how much time is left . Fast efficient.

AI features and great cleaning
The washing machine has a great design and color and it fits well with the anesthetics. The speed is very fast in cleaning the clothes and it holds a good amount of 5.3cu which is roughly 2-3 big baskets of clothes. It automatically adjusts for the detergent and fabric softner and also adjusts the washing time. It can be remote controlled through the app with limited features. Cleaning the drum and filter is very easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely loveeee my washer , I’m a mom of 3 kids and my husband works construction/millwright work and between those 4 I usually buy a new washer once every 2 years !!!!! This one has lasted 3 so far and still works as the first day !!!!! Not to mention the space , looking on the outside you’d never expect to hold as much ! And the features! Ahhhh just amazing ! I love this washer !

Happiest Washer Guy Ever

The capacity is so unbelievably useful For washing Large king size bedding comforters And such , That I just can't say enough positive things about it. It has consistently Achieved all of the check boxes we had for purchasing and appliance such as this. It is so much more efficient than our previous one. It's so quiet that I sometimes have to pop back into the laundry room to ensure that it is still powered on Because it is so quiet and Gently agitates the clothes To top it off, It is so much speedier than anything we've ever used! We are so impressed With not only the build quality And the Steadiness / Follow Hardware components that make up this machine , But we also really like the black color That it comes in . If I could give it more than five stars I would!

The best purchase

Have a lot of feature is like having a smart phone on a washer. Besides of that it wash and dry perfectly without having to remove the clothes to dry.

Wonderful machine highly recommend

I have matching dryer as well and use smart things all to know when it’s done etc. I use steam sanitize on my towels and they always come out better than new. Highly recommend! Also a fun playful tune they play when done
