Quiet / Easy to Use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall it's very quiet compared to another brand that only lasted just over a year. The features are easy to use and understand and of course it's from the Bespoke line so it looks great in the laundry room. Not sure if you could say it's fast, but generally speaking I usually allot an hour for a wash or dry cycle when doing laundry. Connecting to SmartThings App with our other Samsung appliances make it easy to get its info, control and monitor.

Love My Samsung Washer & Dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Samsung washer and dryer! Both have a great capacity and can handle larger loads without feeling overcrowded. They’re efficient, easy to use, and get everything clean and dry quickly. I’m especially impressed with how well they perform while still being gentle on our clothes. They’ve made keeping up with laundry so much easier, especially with a busy household. I’m very happy with this set and would definitely recommend it!

Great Washing Machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer. The capacity is big enough to fit a giant sherpa 10x10 blanket and actually wash it. It’s not too loud, not too much shaking when it spins, and it looks great. Would definitely buy again.

Tons of options
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's a lot of room. I can fit everything in one load even though I don't. A queen size comforter takes about half full of a load.. Plenty of options also. From rinse and spin to a heavy soiled 2 weeks of clothing. This washer will take care of it.

I call her “Spinderella!”
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly can’t say enough good things about my Samsung Bespoke Front Load Washer (WF53BB8700AVUS). I absolutely love this washing machine and yes, I said love!
One of my favorite things about it is the variety of wash settings. No matter what I’m washing, there seems to be a setting for exactly what I need. Steam Wash, Sanitize, Speed Wash—you name it! It makes it so easy to choose the right cycle for everything from everyday clothes to those larger, heavier loads.
And when I say this washer is BIG, I mean it! The capacity is incredible. I can easily fit two of my king-size heavy-duty comforters in one load, and it handles them beautifully. My clothes come out fresh and clean every time. It truly washes clothes like a dream!
I also love the SmartThings app. Being able to check the status of my wash from anywhere is so convenient. I don’t have to keep running back to the laundry room to see how much time is left.
Between the huge capacity, all the different wash options, excellent cleaning performance, and smart features, this washer has exceeded my expectations. I never thought I’d be this excited about a washing machine, but here we are!
I love my washing machine. Is that wrong? 😂

Great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy that. The washer is very consistent with the cleanliness of my clothes. I also enjoy that that the AI adjusts the setting. You know reflecting the efficiency and electrical use depending on the load. I appreciate that. AI automatically chooses the best settings that I often use. I enjoy that. The washer does not decrease in gentleness. When speed is added, my clothes don't get damaged or torn or stretched out as much as other machines I've used in the past. I'm happy that the capacity of the of the machine itself makes for less loads be in between washes. I'm happy that the machine has different speed settings depending on the material used such as for activewear or if I'm washing sheets etc.

Great overall build
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall speed I would save the washer compared to our old washer were able to get loads in way faster I would say this the connectivity of it you know we can just download the app see what the load is On and like what how long it has left really easy to manage when I'm from my room and knowing to switch the laundry so that clutch time on doing laundry and it just does laundry faster as I mentioned I feel like it just does more with clean it keeps itself cleaner has it just a better look overall Capacity of it is quite big and it's very consistent like a consistent nice wash really good consistency and it's a nice gentle wash when I put gentle stuff in it it's a nice gentle wash

Happy with the purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer with excellent performance.
I recently purchased this washer and have been very happy with it so far. It has a good capacity, cleans clothes well, and runs relatively quietly. The controls are easy to use, and the different wash cycles are convenient for everyday laundry. The wording on the washer is a little distracting, but other than that, it’s a great product! It works really well and has been a great addition to our home.
Overall, it has been a reliable and efficient washer and a good addition to our new home. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good-quality front-load washer.

Samsung for the win!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 2nd Samsung washer I have owned and it most certainly out performs the first one! I love the quick wash setting! I use the steam options often and really find it useful with white clothing. I don’t use the AI function too much so I cannot really attest to this. I have loaded this washer to the max and have not had any issues with items not being throughly cleaned. I do like how the devices can communicate with each other and having the ability to start and adjust the washer settings from the SmartThings app. I have owned this washer for 2 years and I have not had any issues with it.
What will really make this washer top tier is a preloaded detergent compartment (area to store and use pods or liquids) and customizable finishes (I.e color).
