Look great and clean great

Clothes are cleaned well and there’s no mold smell like in the old machine we had. I like the large display on front as well, overall the bespoke model is the nicest looking appliance I’ve ever had

Works great after a year so far

AI Bespoke is the only way to go!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have always been a Samsung fan! When my old Samsung washer needed to be replaced, Samsung was the only manufacturer I was willing to go with. We went with the new model, the AI version. The speed and efficiency are amazing! Plus, if you a front loader fan the door pops open when the cycle is done to prevent molding! The new AI interface takes a minute to learn because it is so high tech. We went with the biggest drum capacity, no more trips to the laundromat to wash big and bulky items. You can also preload the detergent so you don’t have to refill with each wash! Loving my purchase, no regrets!

Modern and Simple all at once. A must have

Ease of use as it pertains to the laundry detergent dispensing on its own and loaded sensing capability I mean if the Jetsons had a washing machine and I’m sure they have this one. Love it

Bespoke washer and dryer makes laundry enjoyable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I were contemplating the all in one Bespoke but we ultimately opted for the Bespoke AI front load Washer and Dryer. They are absolutely beautiful to look at. When the button is pushed on the panel and it comes to life it prepares you to have the ultimate control of what is a mundane laundry task to something exciting. The machines allow you multiple option to conform to the items that will be washed and dried. From a simple small load of cotton garments to all your bedding, these machines can handle it all. It will even tell you how long is remaining on load on you smart phone and alert you when the process is complete and with smart technology the cycles both wash and dry are efficient and quick. I’d like my wife and I who enjoy owning state of the art electronics these machines will easily fill that space!

Our best features are the settings we have so many to choose from. The AI settings helps us understand how to operate the washer and use it more efficiently. Great purchase very satisfied. The capacity is another great feature as we're able to hold a lot more laundry. The precision ans speed helps dry the clothes faster.

Great for family of 11
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are family of 11 and I wanted something that can solve all our issues laundry and for drying. So I go this AI version of the washer and dryer it learns ans understand us what we're doing. They are really precise on cleaning and which is quick and at interferes with my and it interferes with my so that I know when it's cleaning hi it's scheduled then so that using little electricity I scheduled then so that using little electricity my time and have all our clothes and one time there is minimal interference required when they're cleaning.
So far we love both of them.
