My old fridge was small and I had to constantly move items around now with this fridge. Both fridge and freezer holds so much move food and I found myself cooking more meals at once because I have room to store it, the cubed and nugget ice is a nice bonus along with the flex zone storage that I use to put snacks and deli meat at, and I love the beverage center where the pitcher automatically refills! This is the best appliance purchase I have ever made for my new home

The icemaker is a fast improvement over the previous Samsung refrigerators. I enjoy that the new stainless steel is actually magnetic so that I can put my grandchildren pictures on the refrigerator. I love the layout of the refrigerator beverage drawer. It holds lots of beverages more so than the previous model. The configuration of the icemaker with two styles of ice is a nice addition. I also enjoy that I can access and make changes to the settings from my phone.

Could not locate it in black but we were able to get the black panels. We have the original stainless panels if other kitchen appliances fail.

They don't have to open the whole fridge every time they want something. they have their own snack and drink drawer. having the ability to configure the fridge and control different zone is nice. The stainless steel look is really nice and does a pretty good job with limiting finger prints. I personally like have the ice draw separate from the water spout and especially with 2 different types of ice. I have a large family so this fits a lot of food with plenty of space. I also enjoy having the beverage center. Of course having the ability to control and monitor everything from my phone is also nice.

The ice maker is down hidden in the freezer compartment, which we love (don't need to worry about it freezing up from refrigerator condensation). Also, the water dispenser is hidden to complete the look. Plenty of storage. We love it, and are so happy with our purchase

Looks like it was just made for it. The no handle doors are great and the four doors are very convenient. The long middle drawer is great for odd size foods and I can change the temperature accordingly. My fave door is the water pitcher and 2 shelves. I keep my heavy cream in there which makes it very handy to grab in the morning for my coffee. Overall, I’m very pleased with every aspect of this refrigerator and it’s extremely quiet.

And this new Samsung Bespoke is perfect. It is really silent and honestly I couldn't hear any sound from it. And even the ice falling doesn't make any unpleasant noise. I only hear only one time very small whispering ice dropping sound during the last 1 month. Not to mention the design and cooling function, everything is really perfect.

But Samsung is listening - Consumer Reports and owner feedback show improving reliability and satisfaction over the years. The product is sleek, stylish and solid with good amount of features - Could justify the higher cost. Minor drawbacks include occasional temperature fluctuations (I think this could be corrected by changing cooling modes as I use more of enegy saving mode).

Very large fridge section storage on both doors. Love the water dispenser built into door on left side not visible from outside of fridge. There is also another drawer beneath the French doors! Tons of room for everything in this fridge. Easy to clean and no finger print feature is a plus. Stainless steel exterior. Also like the smart technology.

The remote control for the autofill water system and dual ice maker is a fantastic and efficient convenience. TEMPS ARE MAINTAINED BEAUTIFULLY. Delivery was outstanding. Removed the old refrigerator and all packaging. Courteous, careful and efficient…really good guys!

The space is amazing - it has room for everything and shelves that slide to create more space when needed. We love the drawer; we are currently using this as a beverage hold-all. Love the freezer drawer as well and the technology that lets me know if a door is left open and when the filter needs to be changed.
