You have to download the Samsung app to better operate the fridge especially in resetting the water filter. My favorite part is the middle drawer with a customizable temperature.

Love the two sizes of ice. The water dispenser and the water pitcher are great features. No complaints! The ice is soooo cold!

Upon install, it worked right away, I drained multiple cups of water to get the filter going. The look of this thing is amazing and it has the extra door for my cold cans. It holds a lot more than my previous side by side, yet has the same dimensions. My food is cold, the freezer is doing its thing and I can get a cup of water or some ice quickly.

It has doors that are easier for my shorter children to reach. The water is an added bonus, and the more freezer space means more food. It can get really cold in there, but it doesn't freeze or burn the food, unlike other fridges. It's very efficient for moms with big families. I will definitely say that it's easier to organize a lot of food in there. I've never had a problem.
