Frees up so much space for actual food and customizing the shelf heights. I love that I can adjust the drawer to a deli temp for meats and cheeses or a beverage temp for juices and water. Water dispenser pitcher is wonderful for the table while still having access to a secondary water supply. Filter notification makes it very efficient with no guessing of when to do it. Cooling is a plus too.

Very roomy. Love that I can monitor from my phone. Love the placement of the water dispenser, and that it has a pitcher for water that autofills, with an option to add fruit to the infusion holder.

The fridge keeps the food items at the safe abd secure at the right temperature and has space for all the items for a family of 4. The water filter and ice tray makes dispensing a breeze. I love the different cooling settings for the flex drawer between drinks and food items, it truly makes a huge difference! I also love how much I can store in the refrigerator and the customizable shelves to allow for custom organization, being able to keep food in the refrigerator and drinks in the flex zone has eliminated so much unnecessary space usage. I also love that the Bespoke model allows for wifi connectivity to connect with the SmartThings app, which allows for messages regarding filter changes, when the door is left open, and even allows you to customize what is in your refrigerator! Being able to be notified of the doors opening is definitely something I am glad to have, as it saves energy if we are forgetful in closing it. I also love the water pitcher that auto-fills, it makes filling my dogs water bowls extremely efficient with a busy home and work life. I highly recommend this refrigerator to anyone who’s looking for something dependable, customizable, efficient, and worth the money! 10/10!

Also the capacity is absolutely more then I need but great to have that much room. I love how I can customize the screen. Both freezer and fridge stay cold while being very efficient. Also the water and ice dispenser is awesome.
