Many great features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is great. The features I really like are: 1. The auto-fill water picture. It fills immediately, takes about 30 seconds and it is really to go again. The freezer is extra large and items can be easily seen from the top and has easy access. The ice maker works great and you even get a scope for the ice. This is my second Samsung refrigerator and I would recommend it 100%.

Loving it so far

We especially love the flex drawer and being able to change the temperature in there depending on what we need it for. The auto-fill water pitcher is also a hit in our home. Capacity is great and we are able to store a weeks worth of groceries and some random leftovers with no problem.

​We recently upgraded to this Samsung refrigerator, and I'm thrilled with it. The entire experience, from purchase to setup, was fantastic, and the fridge itself is a massive improvement for our kitchen.
​The Look and Features
​First off, the design is beautiful. It looks incredibly sleek and modern, mostly thanks to the hidden hand grabs that give it such a clean, uninterrupted profile. My favorite feature is the beverage center. I love that the water dispenser is hidden inside the door, keeping the exterior looking spotless. The little auto-fill water pitcher that comes with it is a brilliant touch—it's always full and ready.
​My only minor critique is the size of the pitcher. While I love having it, filling up my larger water bottles or cups can be a bit time-consuming. It's a small inconvenience, not a deal-breaker.
​Storage and Performance
​Here are a few thoughts on the nuts and bolts of the fridge:
​Capacity: The capacity is amazing. It holds all of our groceries with plenty of room to spare—no more cramming things in after a big shopping trip.
​Configuration: We love the French door configuration. It's so practical to have the wide-open fridge space at eye level for all our fresh food, with the freezer drawers conveniently below.
​Compartments: All the internal compartments are well-thought-out. We especially love the middle drawer! It's perfect for drinks and quick-grab snacks like yogurts and string cheeses, which makes life with kids so much easier. The other drawers also slide smoothly, and the adjustable door bins are spacious.
​Temperature: The temperature control seems excellent. Everything feels perfectly and evenly chilled, and the freezer keeps items frozen solid with no signs of frost build-up.
​Materials: The materials feel very high-quality. The stainless steel finish is beautiful (and seems to resist fingerprints well!), and the internal shelving feels sturdy and durable.
​The "Smart" Experience
​The tech features are what really make this fridge stand out. The app connectivity is seamless and genuinely useful.
​The Service
​I also have to praise the delivery and setup process. It was so easy. The delivery team was professional, came in, set up the new fridge perfectly, and even hauled our old refrigerator away for us. That level of service made the entire upgrade feel effortless.
​Overall, we are absolutely delighted with this purchase. It’s a beautiful, high-tech appliance that has made our kitchen life easier and more connected. Highly recommend!

Love the infused water feature
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently upgraded to this new Samsung fridge from an ancient fridge that was showing age, and we really like this! The design is sleek and lighting is nice and bright. I like multiple shelving and compartments for organizing food and drinks well, which makes it easy to find things. I personally really like the fruit-infused water feature, as I'm going to experiment with using different fruits and veggies like cucumbers. Ice maker is working well and I hope it'll continue to for a long time. Overall, this fridge is a worthy upgrade and definitely modernized my kitchen!

Loving my new Samsung Fridge!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous fridge was a Samsung and still working after 13+ years (gave it to a friend), so we decided to try a new one. Our new Bespoke Fridge has been wonderful. I love the change they made by putting the water on the inside of the door instead of the outside (helps not have drips down the door when filling stuff up). Now there is a pitcher that can AUTO fill itself after you pour the water out and set it back inside the fridge door beverage area, no matter if it is all the way empty or even a little bit empty which is really nice. Pretty cool it auto fills. I use the pitcher all the time to fill up the coffee machine and also to give the dog her water and this makes it nicer and saves time from needing to go get another pitcher to getting multiple refills of water which I can now do in one step! We also decided to buy the white panels and change the color from Stainless Steel to White which I didn't even know could be done until my wife told me. This allowed us to customize the frig exactly how we wanted it to fit our decor. I also love the app which allows you to control the fridge and freezer temps, turn sounds on / off, set the 'do not make ice at night' feature, so it is quieter at night and other options as well. I would highly recommend this fridge and happy that we got it with all the features that fit our family's needs. Thanks Samsung!

Love the space

A Stylish and Smart Upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the Samsung Bespoke fridge for a a few days now and I really like it. The inside is super spacious and the lighting makes it easy to see everything, even in the back. The shelves are adjustable which makes organizing pretty simple, and the beverage center is a nice touch for quick drinks. One of the main reasons I went with this fridge is because you can swap out the exterior panels. It first came with a stainless steel finish, which looked good, but I wanted something that matched my stove. I switched to the white glass panels to match the rest of my kitchen. It’s nice knowing if I ever want a different style later on I can just switch the panels instead of buying a whole new fridge. It runs very quiet, the freezer drawers slide easy and the crisper does keep fruits and veggies fresher longer. I also like the built-in water pitcher that fills up on its own, it simplifies my life when it comes to filling up the coffee machine water tank or even take it directly to the table when I have visitors and need to fill multiple glasses. Another thing that’s great is I can control everything through the SmartThings app, like checking temps or adjusting settings right from my phone.

Large capacity refrigerator

I love the integration with the smart app. It will tell you if one of the doors is open. It will remind you to change the water filter. It so spacious I can place tall items and not worrying to spill. It has several compartments that keeps everything organized.

Stylish With Lots Of Space

I love the modern look and style. The Beverage Center is a nice touch it always allow my family to have cold fresh water. The really like the door chime feature. Great budget(ish) fridge

Only downside was peeling the 25 lbs of plastic wrap off every surface, but I suppose it’s a necessary evil.

Larger areas and so much brighter

The huge shelves allows me to really spread things out and see what I have and know where it is. I just wished the shelves in the door were larger so I can put my gallon of milk and other large bottles in there. I guess I'll adjust them and find a way to live with it. I can't find out how to fill the water pitcher yet. I have to read up on that.

Great family Fridge

With busy schedules for work in school this is become very helpful for us for filling, ice and water in the morning with the ice bin and auto fill pitcher. The sleek design and no fingerprint helps to keep our kitchen nice. The pull out drawer is super nice for individual drinks and birthday parties! I love that it is app connected and we are notified to close the doors and change the filters. The shelves are adjustable to help fit a variety of different items for different events.

I love how sleek and modern it looks. The finger printless exterior is perfect for little hands. My absolute favorite part is the water pitcher inside. It is great for sharing and pour water in a large quantity with easy refilling. I love the Samsung app for it makes it easy to know if my door was left open or if the filter needs changed. A Spacious, Smart. and Stylish Refrigerator

Perfect ice cubes!

First off, the ice cubes are the perfect size - not too big and not too small - just right for fitting in water bottles, tumblers and cocktails. The in door water and pitcher make fill up super easy. Improvements worth considering!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous fridge stopped cooling so I picked up a Samsung Bespoke 23 cu. ft. Counter Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Inner Beverage Center and FlexZone Drawer in Stainless Steel. (Wow, what a name.) My previous fridge was also a Samsung and I specifically sought out one with the same layout as I really appreciated the FlexZone drawer for storing drinks. When I compare this refrigerator with my previous, there are obvious improvements that Samsung has made over the years. Probably the one main problem of the previous generation refrigerators is the water and ice dispenser located outside. While this feature is purely for convenience, this lead to significant problems for many people. The design itself was the problem and not a brand-specific issue. Now, the water dispenser is not only located inside the fridge itself, but Samsung also provides a pitcher that automatically refills - very convenient. Additionally, the ice tray was moved into the freezer where it should have always been. With these changes, the fridge should hopefully last much longer than previous generations. The design of the fridge follows Samsung's bespoke design and is very clean and minimalistic without any handles. This takes a bit of time to get use to, but not a major complaint overall. One thing I noticed is the FlexZone drawer is smaller than my previous fridge but not a deal breaker as I really only keep drinks there. However, I believe refrigerator space is a tad bit larger in exchange so not entirely a bad thing. Overall, I'm very happy with the refrigerator and hope it will last a long time!

Perfect fridge

Simple, clean, easy to use.

The app notifications make sure the door doesn't get left open by the kids, the water pitcher built in is a great touch when I need to fill a large bottle, and even allows two people to get water at the same time. The third drawer lets us fill it with sodas without taking up room in the main compartment. And on top of all that, it just looks nice in the kitchen.

The space is incredible—plenty of room for everything, which is a lifesaver with two growing boys in the house. The middle pull-out drawer is one of our favorite features. You can set the temp just how you want it, and we use it to keep drinks extra cold—it’s perfect. The freezer holds a ton, and the Beverage Center gets used constantly. It’s honestly one of the best purchases we’ve made for the house.

Perfect feature set for us.

We went out to lunch and grocery shopping and by the time we returned a few hours later the frig was at 35F and freezer 0F. Ice cubes overnight. We are retired, just the two of us, so this model (which is not as deep) works great for our kitchen and new home. Love the inside water fill and freezer ice catcher, which eliminates the drooling out the front door. Great product.

So much space!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from a side by side to this beauty and I am so very blown away by the space and ease of organization in this unit.
The lights inside are bright and leave no dark areas. I can fit full platters of food and the middle drawer is so nice to be able to set the temp we need. We are currently using it for the kids for their snacks and drinks so they don’t stand there with the fridge open searching.
The dimensions seem like they were a little off as we had to take off some molding to fit, but we are planning on remodeling our kitchen this summer, so this is a perfect jump start.
I love the water pitcher in the door. We filled the insert with mint and cucumber and it has been so nice to have cold refreshing water.
I also love the adjustable shelf for 2 liters or even larger bulky items.
I am super excited when we do the kitchen remodel to order the colored panels for the front! It’s so nice it’s customizable to our style!
So far there haven’t been any issues, My only wish is that the book included a quick start guide and tells you to prime the water filter so you don’t have any issues.
Would 1000 percent recommend this brand and fridge!
