Sealy Firm Matress for my boys!
My boys love their new beds. They said it’s a lot better and comfortable. The bed doesn’t squeak any longer. Good quality bed, protective mattress cover, and flat support board. Firm is the way to go with young children.

No slats. It is one solid board

Is the bunkie made of slats or a solid board?
This board is not solid wood. It consists of wooden slates and what feels like composite board attached to them. It is not sturdy; I can bend it. Sorry I purchased it, hope it holds up.

Very solid board. My 3 year old boy toddler jumps on his bed practically all day and the board and bed are still standing. Definitely recommended product.

It's not solid wood throughout. Probably MDF board or similar with a wrapped pad for cushion. The piece isn't overly heavy either
