We NEVER had that issue with my 15 yr old mattress. I have called Sealy with my complaint , they do nothing. I am so unhappy with this purchase I would rather my 15 year old mattress back

Can you flip this Mattress?

It would be exceptionally difficult to turn the mattress because it’s very heavy and there are no hand holds to hold onto. The mattress shouldn’t be flipped since it’s made in layers and the gel-foam has to be on top.
