It’s been about two weeks . I LOVE this mattress . I have lower back issues and had a plush mattress prior to this ! I have been sleeping much better & waking up with very little or no back pain! It’s firm
& yet very comfortable with the cushion feel . . I’m a back sleeper & also like the chill effect , it keeps me cool at night . The cooling mattress protector has added value to my purchase , so far so good . Advice for anyone, go see the mattress & lay on it !!! I highly recommend this mattress fir anyone with lower back issues .

Relearning of back pain !!!
This mattress helped my back pain in the first night of sleep. I could hardly stand in the morning after a night of sleep on my Bob o pedic mattress. I thank Stewart in the Oceanside store for suggesting this mattress. I feel like a new person !!

We waited too long to replace our mattress. This one is like heaven. And, it could not have been a better way to replace. We bought it and PCRichards delivered it, took old one out...no issues. Sleep has returned....goodnight!

It is firmer than I thought. It didn't feel "firm" in the store. The floor model was very pliable to my body and much softer than the one delivered to my home. Disappointed - uncomfortable .

Somewhat of a disappointment
We wanted to migrate from a firm mattress to another firm mattress but with the cushion that the Sealy product offered to make it less firm and more comfortable. We thought this hybrid cushion firm mattress would cut it, but we found it to be too soft. It certainly is not firm at all. We will get used to it but were not entirely satisfied. Had we been able to try it in the store perhaps we would have purchased a firmer product.

Disappointed Customer with respect to the products
I have had a continual backache since purchasing this bed. I am very disappointed.
Equally disappointing are the pillows that were so very expensive. I have had a constant neck ache, and have stopped using the pillows.
