Excellent mattress and Excellent sleep
The Sealy Posturepedic Spring Bloom mattress has been the best mattress that i have ever purchased. It has provided me the best comfort and relaxation for when i go to sleep. I have lower back pain and the Sealy mattress provides me great relief when i get up in the morning. I would definitely recommend this Sealy mattress to my family and friends.

Don't be fooled by this brand, would give zero stars if poss
I bought Sealy Posturepedic Hampton Plush, which was discontinued. I bought Sealy thinking they had the best reputation in the market for quality and also warranty; but now, it appears that the warranty is subjective. The mattress has started to sag over 350 mm in the centre! and as a result of the poor quality of the mattress, I've had to sleep on the couch as the pain caused by the mattress condition was not tolerable at all and I found the condition of my couch better than the mattress. I am a senior manager of a reputable organisation and have to deal with lots of serious tasks and responsibilities on a daily basis. Therefore, it's understandable that it's been very hard for me not having a proper night sleep. As I lodged a warranty claim, the customer service without any attempt on investigation rejected my claim saying in the photos I sent it was shown the mattress has a stain and it does not meet their occupational health and safety requirements (it has a very light stain). I explained that the mattress has been professionally cleaned (even sent them a copy of the invoice of the cleaning company) and the claim that my mattress is slightly stained has nothing to do with the mechanical failure. However, they explained for the repair it will be required to utilize the same machine that tape edges the new mattresses together. I do not understand how Sealy expect a mattress over the 10-year warranty period has the same level of cleanness and hygiene to be mixed with the new mattresses! All in all, I expect the reputable Sealy company took my request serious and not bringing up excuses to avoid offering the required warranty services they promised at the time of purchase. I wouldn't buy this brand again and not recommend it at all!!
