Smells toxic
We bought this mattress 1 1/2 months ago and it had a toxic odor that didn’t go away after 2 weeks. We only saw this complaint once in the customer reviews so we thought there was something wrong with the mattress. We had contacted PC Richards and they were very helpful. They came within the week regarding our concern that the smell was making it hard to sleep and giving us headaches even though we were trying to air it out daily and washed the sheets often. They asked us if we wanted to exchange or choose a different mattress. We chose to replace it because we liked the comfort, but the second is the same way. Still smells after 2 weeks.
