This Is Kind Of An Expirement
I installed this on my patio so I can tie in multiple TVs for football season and synch up the audio when we open the house up. The Ray is in what is, per code, a damp location. Want to see how it holds up. Sounds great. Especially when paired with the 4 Bose 201's that are on the Amp. Setup was, as to be expected, unbelievable easy. Works as I have come to expect of all of the Sonos components throughout the house. Good stuff.

Great addition
I needed to improve the audio of my tv in my not so big living room. The Ray was the perfect choice. Great sound, easy to set up, and I was able to keep an older Sonos speaker. Setting it up was a breeze with the app, as well.

We have an Arc in our family room, a Beam in the basement and added the Ray to our place at the beach where it joined two Roams. It's great by itself and even better with the Roams!

It has been a good purchase.
Recently bought the LG C2 55in TV along with the Sonos Ray 2, the reviews of the TV speakers themselves wasn't that good. The average person doesn't buy a separate sound system, but I'm glad I did. The sound is beautiful, the base is so rich, a quality sound for a quality picture. The only downside, it's app controlled on a mobile device vs. laptop. Thank goodness the option to control the volume on your remote is available, not just on the mobile device.

Excellent choice to boost tv sound.
Very nice product to add quality audio to your flat screen. I choose this product over other sound bars as it add some integration to existing home automation and also simplistic connection to tv over optical out. It is also nice where i can control the volume with the tv remote.

Helpful with my hearing loss
I am older and have a hearing problem. My IT guy suggested I try the Sonos sound bar but I was skeptical. Thank goodness I relented. It is unbelievable the rich, vibrant sound that comes from that small bar. Once again, I can enjoy TV.

Just like the Bigger Ones
I installed this one for a tv in a smaller space than the SoundBar install and it sounds pretty much the same! I'm not blasting the volume and it's also complimented with one of the ikea sonos speakers and an oler sonos1. Very easy to install.

It would be a good investment
It is good for a basic tv it emits good sound but if you are thinking to use it with a roku tv it would not work but if you let's say Had a LG TV it would work with the optical port.

This Ray is so perfect for my 24 inch bedroom Insignia Firetv. The sound is truly incredible for such a small design. The Sonos app is super easy to navigate.My Firetv remote controls the Sonos Ray volume perfectly. The true play is a great option to dial everything in and is so simple to setup.The speech enhancement function is fantastic.Love the night mode.The only drawback but surely no biggie at all is a HDMI ARC connection.

Great product!!
For its size this has incredible dynamic range and now I can hear dialogue and quiet moments in films and shows that I was unable to hear before - there is great clarity. I love the app-based remote, and it was easy to pair with my Apple TV.
