Bought it in November 2023 and it definitely is a great TV, after two bad experiences with Samsung. The only thing that I think should be easier, is when connecting Bluetooth devices to it, other than that, it's a great TV.

Like it, love it…no space for more of it
I am not a TV guy…this TV made me a TV guy. You get what you pay for and Sony has always produced high quality tech. You will notice the quality compared to lower tier brands right away as even the instructions and packaging are well thought out. Picture and audio are incredible. Google OS is the way to go - simple, fast, and customizable. When this TV goes, you bet I’ll be replacing it with another Sony.

i wore out my SONY UST laser projector light source (running it > 19,000 hours in 6 years) and replaced the projector with the SONY 98" TV. the loss of screen size (from 118" to 98") was more than compensated for by the amazing brillance of the picture.

Way better than the AWOL 10' Screen
I originally ordered a 10' Awol projector and screen. I sent it back during the 30 day return and ordered the 98" Sony Bravia XR. Way better and I really don't notice the difference too much from the 120" to the 98", but the picture is way better now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently recieved the X90L / X91BL Sony Bravia 55 Inch Tv and let me just start out by saying this is one of the top of the line tvs out there on the market for consumers. I really like the slim design of the TV, it fit perfect on the TV mount in my room. This TV is very easy to use once you get used to all the buttons on the easy to use control. It's very easy to navigate it. I really like how the sound quality is also and you can adjust the sound based on how the TV is placed, either standing or on a wall mount. The TV sounds great with a nice crisp sound. The performance of the TV is also excellent, and adding a Google account and being able to search via the Google mic is just superb. There is so many cool things to do with this TV and I was highly impressed with all of it. Very well made product and I know this TV will last a long time. I am really liking it so far and would definitely recommend the Sony Bravia TV.

I’m switching brands!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Holy cow! I have never been so impressed with a TV in my life! Our family loves this Sony TV. Not only is the display amazing but the functionality is the best we have ever used. My husband loves that he can get right to the shows he wants to watch right from the Home Screen. My daughter says her favorite thing about this TV is that she can talk into the remote and the TV does what she says. I love the functionality of this TV. It’s super easy to use and the sound quality is great. Unpacking this TV was super easy and we were able to hang it on the same mounts as our last TV. I also love the remote, you have all the options right at your fingertips. My husband says that the quality is way better than our old TV in regards to gaming. Over all this TV is by far our best in our home and we really enjoy sitting around together and watching our favorite shows.

Big and clear picture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really appreciated that this TV had the ability to control the full screen brightness (rather than brightness as a measure of color intensity) in the setup menu. I'm soemwhat light sensitive so being able to set it to the dimmest setting the way I keep my laptop was a highlight.
I realize that it's a start TV, but I disliked that I was not able to complete setup without connecting it to the internet. Sometimes you just want to be able to plug in a console or bluray player and go. There should be a full skip setup option for the internet options.
The width at which the feet are set apart makes this TV difficult to use on smaller stands. I think they could probably be moved a couple of inched in on each side without compromising balance. Also, the design of the feet themselves - diamond-shaped beams standing on their corners - gives me some anxiety. Is it too much to ask that the standing part of the TV be flat on the table/etc?

Great Picture! Easy to set up!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sony BRAVIA XR 65” Class X90L Full Array LED 4K HDR Google TV (2023) | XR-65X90L is such a great TV and was very easy to set up. The picture and colors are true to color with the brightness being easily adjusted. The sound quality is amazing and I do not find the need for a sound bar. The remote has dedicated buttons for Netflix, Disney+, Prime, YouTube, and Crunchy roll. It is also good to note that there are no numbers on the remote and everything is controlled by the arrow keys. Overall, this is a great choice for a 65 inch TV.

Excellent Product!

The quality of the television is great and the images on the screen are so clear and beautiful. The colors really stand out. I enjoy the apps and it is so nice for the whole family to watch it because it is 55 inches. The remote is great and I like that it has quick buttons to go straight to the apps you want to use on the TV.

Amazing TV with beautiful, vivid colors
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setting up this TV upon first use wasn't too bad. It was a relatively easy process if only setting up the internal features. I wasn't too fond of how I needed to connect my Google account to use some of the smart TV functions. However, using the streaming services is easy enough. I still need to get used to the smart TV functions as I was primarily a Roku user before. I also could not connect my Spectrum cable box no matter how many times I tried, but that's a problem I'll figure out another day.
I was using a 2015 55" TV from another big brand before I got this one.
Immediately upon first use, I was surprised by the amazing video quality this screen offers. Pictures are incredibly vibrant, vivid, and clear. The rich colors and contrast are just amazing. The visual experience from this TV is far superior than my old one in every way. I also loved that I could clearly watch visually darker shows with my window blinds open. The acoustics are good and offer a nice audio experience as well. I just wish the audio had better reach when watching the TV from an angle.
Overall a wonderful TV that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sony X90L Bravia XR looks beautiful sitting on my stand. I have a 65' inch and it was a perfect size, not too big and not too small. The sides of the tv have an aluminum finish making it look classy and highly premium. The legs are slim aluminum wedges that are adjustable to accommodate the height of the soundbars. It has an impressive design that is more premium compared to other brands. There are two USB ports on the side of the tv with a video in/out port, four HDMI ports, an ethernet port, and a cable antenna port. It has advanced digital XR clear image that delivers upscaled 4K quality and upscaling quality images with noise reduction. The movies come through with vibrant colors and they really...really pop. You can see vibrant blues and reds, and I can see every detail and texture on the actor's faces. I mean I can see their freckles, acne, and even nose hairs. I could even see their makeup and if it was applied unevenly. That is how clear the image shows. I love that it is a smart google tv and comes with apps that I use such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney, Paramount, and more. The sound quality is clear and loud enough that you can keep it on level 20 and be able to hear very far or the back of the room. I think it has surround sound built in because you do not need a soundbar to be able to enjoy movies and music. I just happen to already have a surround sound that has a louder base to get that cinema experience so I connected that to the tv. However, even without a soundbar, the TV delivers great sound on its own. For gamers like my son, the quality of the game images is impeccable and so vivid that feels so real like you are in the game and it also has a gaming menu with added tools that he said he likes a lot. You can control all your game settings in one place. Sony really delivers on this model. I never had a TV with this type of quality before and I think everyone should at least experience it, cause once you do, you definitely would stick to the Sony brand.

Exceeded expectations so far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first Sony TV and we were upgrading from 55 inch Sharp TV that we got 14 years back to Sony 65 inch TV XR-65X90L. The TV came very well packaged with clear instructions on how to setup the TV. We have our TV on the included stand and height increased so that we can put our soundbar in underneath the opening. Although we got the 65 inch TV, it does not seem that big in our room and fits perfectly. Very easy to setup and the included remote does all the functions perfectly. The remote is not too fancy but has all the required functions to control the TV. Remote does not have back light but it does not bother us much.
Picture quality is fantastic. However, while watching some old content, it becomes little blurry. The TV sound is much better quality than most TV's. However we use a Sonos setup and have it hooked up via digital output. A point to note - if you are having issues controlling your sound system volume with TV remote, turn off Bluetooth on TV and try again. For our Sonos setup, I have to keep Bluetooth off for the remote to be able to control Sonos volume. If you do this, you cannot use Voice commands since voice commands require Bluetooth to be on.
Google TV interface is very intuitive and guides you through complete setup. It brings all your content in one place. Very happy with this TV so far.

Very nice!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice TV. The picture is very clear, and the voice options for the TV are good. It also works well with Google home which is nice. Our soundboard was easy to link with it, and the overall setup of the TV was easy. The only thing I didn't particularly like, is that you are forced to go to the TV home page when you turn it on. I have my computer hooked up to it, and use the TV as the monitor, but can't figure out how to get it to go straight to the computer instead of the home page. Overall though, it's not that big of a deal, just more of an annoyance. I am overall, very happy with this TV and would recommend it to anyone.

Incredible sound quality and beautiful picture!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sony really knocked the ball out the park with this Bravia X90L television! The picture quality is incredible! Everything I watch is crystal clear no pixels whatsoever even when gaming. The sound quality is phenomenal as well and in my opinion it’s probably the best apart about this Sony tv and it’s what makes me love it the most because it almost feels cinematic! For example let’s say it’s raining or bullets are flying you hear those sound effects more amplified, giving you that at the theaters experience, only in the luxury of your own home and I freaking love it! The VRR (variable refresh rate) on this sony tv when gaming is impeccable, it never lags and what’s even better is that this particular tv itself automatically adjusts to gaming mode, which improves the picture quality and sound when gaming your heart away! My boys can’t stop bragging about it. Connecting this tv to google was simple and using google assist like I would Alexa makes my life easier too . I like to stream music on pandora while I clean house so I prefer not having to grab a remote when I’m busy mopping instead I simply have to say “hey google,” “ play avant radio on pandora,” and she listens and opens pandora, than we’re all set while I mop away and sing my heart out. The 55 inch screen is perfectly sized too and the volume is sooo loud! At just 50 perfect you can hear it two rooms away, it’s pretty impressive. Overall I’m honestly very happy to say I found the perfect Sony television for myself and my teenage sons. Ps this Sony model X90L tv pairs beautifully with the PlayStation 5!

First of, I loved the silk design that fits my slim tv console and the overall size that fits perfectly to my living room.
The setup with my google account was a breeze.
The quality of this tv is superior ! The colors , contrast and brightness creates crisp, vivid and bright picture and a real world experience. The sound quality is great as well.
I am very happy with this tv , I feel less tired watching programs or playing games. Sony did not disappoint with this one. Great

Amazing Tv with Clear picture

It's SO clear that you can see the pigmentation and flaws of and actor/actresses face. The vibrancy of the screen makes you feel like you are watching it at a theater. The sounds that it delivers is amazing you can here the quality of the sound. The remote control that comes with is so easy to navigate I love that it has buttons that directly puts you to netflilx , disney+, youtube, prime video, crunchyroll and Bravia core. Well packaged, set up was easy (for sure need two people as this TV is heavy!). Remote is easy to use and appreciate the "hot" buttons to access different apps. So far the sound quality has meet our expectations but may look into adding a sound bar down the road. Wish there were more HDMI ports as we have multiple game consoles but we're making it work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally got my Sony BRAVIA XR 65” television. I am so impressed at how beautiful and sleek the tv is. This tv provides you with an amazing quality picture that is crisp and clean. When watching anything from movies, sports, fishing, and regular tv the clearness of it is outstanding. It provides you with enhanced brightness and vivid colors that makes everything look and feel so real. I was able to set up my tv with the Google home app, very easily. The app allowed me to download all the different television apps that are out there, and watch free movies. I have several Sony brand items and am loyal to this high quality brand and I love them all! Sony is one of the companies I know and trust and because of there high quality products I am a loyal customer. The tv was very well packaged and it had all the instructions inside. I am very pleased with my 65” tv and would highly recommend it to anyone who is searching for a reliable product that’s is going to last a long time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sony Bravia XR 55” Class X90L LED TV impressed me straight out the gate and continues to “wow” me through ongoing exploration of the array of customizable settings. Not only was this TV a cinch to setup and easy to link up to my Google account, but the user interface itself is very simple to navigate, unlike others I have experienced in the past. The remote paired with Apple TV without a hitch and while the design of the remote is simple in its design, its functionality is top notch. I no longer need to worry about having multiple remotes for one device. The picture and sound quality of this TV are both just outstanding. The vividness and vibrancy of the colors seem more true to life and even during scenes that have darker resolution, you are still able to see the dimensional contrast within the picture. The audio is crystal clear and is a noteworthy companion to our current Bose system. The power-save setting is also a feature that I appreciate, particularly as I do not see any compromise with the quality when set to this mode.

The set up was extremely easy, from getting out of the box, attaching the legs and setting it up, it took less than 45 minutes. The TV gives you step by step instructions, I connected my existing Google account in minutes. The picture quality is top notch and there are so many great features including voice response. I’m very satisfied and Would purchase this model again!
