I love these headphones. They are full of wonderful features that show Sony's attention to detail, electronic excellence and dedication to super high quality sound. And to the cry babies that complain about the flashing blue light; I believe it has two purposes. 1. To help you find them if you drop one out of your ear. 2. To look really cool. I'm a Sony kid, and I know I LOVE to stand out a bit. If you don't like style, don't buy Sony. Peace. Oh, one thing, could use longer time between having to recharge. 6 hours just isn't enough. My regular Sony wireless buds do that. Love you, Sony. <3

Excellent sound and very comfortable
These are the first truly comfortable true wireless earbuds I’ve had. The sound is excellent when you find the right earbud size for a nice seal. Good bass and nice highs. The noise canceling is great as well as the ambient noise feature. 10/10

The only complaint I have is they are really big in my ears and don't like to stay no matter what tip I use. regardless best sound I've heard yet. Only thing better is a system in a car.

Great sound and battery life
My wife gave me these for birthday gift. The sound is excellent and the battery life is very good. The earbuds themselves keep a charge for along time as does the charging case. The noise cancelling is good as well. The only issue I have is that they aren't super comfortable for long sessions, like more than a couple of hours and my ears get a little tired. Also the fit is hard to get right. I guess my ears aren't the same size. The right bud fits well, the left always seems a little loose. Just nitpicking there. Overall I love these

I love everything about these head phones BUT!!!
Why can't I connect my SONY headphones to my ps4 an use them as a headset... I understand you want to keep people from using other bluetooth devices other then Sonys gaming headsets but these are Sony ear buds why can't I connect em to my ps4 like really I support your company still but I can't use Sony headphones on my Sony ps4 because it's a unsupported device BUT WHY

Great Product! A must buy for music lover & gaming
I use mine when I'm having a call on IT Support, I was surprised when I used it inside a small room with loud fans of big servers/ups and I didn't have trouble when I'm on a call. They can hear me loud and clear as tested. This is the first noise cancelling truly wireless headset that I ever had so I was amused on when noise cancelling was enabled everything you hear is just pure music even on the loudest areas. Also it helps a lot when I'm on a call the voice of the caller is so clear like the person I'm talking to is on front of me. I also use this for mobile gaming like Call of Duty Mobile and the sound is astounding I love it and it's a great product!

Great Travelling Companion
These are a great pair of wireless earbuds. Since migrating to Android my Airpods haven't sounded that great, so a set like this with a companion sound app gives me back that control. I like the noise cancelling, and letting in ambient sound when people talk to me is just genius. Battery life is good and the case charges quickly. I'm glad there are good options like this for Android users and I'm keeping these if I switch back to iPhone

Great value for the price!
I bought these headphones 4 months ago and they have been nothing short of superb. The noise-canceling feature works exactly as advertised, and the ambient control works very well too. I love the fit in my ear, and how easy it is to get going. The Sony headphones app is also very useful in keeping software up to date and also to play music and control the headphones if I wanted to.
Overall, a great set of headphones. They have nothing to envy from other more expensive ones.

Seriously best gift ever!
Just got these for Christmas! I was amazed by the sound quality and the noise canceling ability to do with just ear buds. It’s a true difference between these and the Apple AirPods. Highly recommend this product over the AirPods, especially if you are looking for what I believe to be one of the best sound quality buds on the market.

Real Noise Canceling for a Noisy World
I work in a construction site and the power genarator is working 24 hours just behind the our office area.You may not believe it but after using WF-1000XM3 I don't hear most of the noise even the windows are open.

Best Airpods Pro Alternative
I bought these on sale November 2020 & I am happy with my purchase. I tried one of my friends Airpods Pro & I can't tell the difference, the only difference I can tell is the Noise-Canceling is way better on these so yeah I highly recommend them.

I bought this a year ago and I am still surprised of sound quality. Sony did a great job with noise canceling. It also has long battery life. Only cons are if you are using iPhone, rarely sound cut out. But overall, it is excellent and totally worth buying. Much better than AirPods Pro

Great sound quality and battery life
I have had this for one month and I love it. I am Sony lover so I tend to choose their products over others irrespective of the price. The sound quality is pretty good that suits my taste perfectly. Use it for my Samsung Galaxy Note 10plus, and it works perfectly except I do encounter distortion whenever I use only one instead of both.

Best earbuds I've ever bought.
The earbuds were amazing. The medium sized memory foam tips works great for me. No issues at all i lasted the full 6 hour battery life once without a single discomfort. And the audio is the best I've heard in a while. And as well as noise cancelling its the best on market. I'd pay 2 times the price for this good of an experience and I dont even like Sony! These are way better than my airpods pro's and alot alot better than my galaxy buds.

Sound is exceptional, look no further if you want the best sounding earbud out there,i wish it was a little bit smaller and more snug in your ear but these are not for working out,more like listening in the office, while doing a nice walk in the park, or listening it at home while smoking a cigar with a nice glass of whisky :) i recommend this headphone.

It's worth it. I tried Apple pro pods, Apple regular pods, Samsung ear pods then finally switching to this. My ear doesn't accommodate ear buds very well but to my surprise this pair fit perfectly. I love the voice prompts as well + sound quality is amazing.

A better alternative to Apple AirPods Pro
I read a lot of online reviews before purchasing these. This Sony model was always at the top of reviewers lists, so I decide to go with them. Now I understand why. ANC is really good but the real surprise was the sound quality on music. The folks behind these are acoustic wizards. BTW, thanks for making in ear buds that are actually comfortable to wear.

Blown Away!
Just got these after watching many reviews. I lost my Bose Sound Sports (which I loved). I put these in my ears expecting the great sound quality I had in my Bose. What I got can only only be described as O.M.G.. Tremendous full sound. Great base, trebel and mid even with the factory setting. Full sound stage with lots of detail. The ANC is very effective. Just wow!
