Best investment we made on appliances
These are old school hard working machines. They are tanks and keep working. We bought the washer and dryer and replaced another brands new model that was 4 years old that kept ruining our clothes and breaking down.

Excellent Dryer
We bought a Speed Queen washer when our last one finally gave up. I loved the way it washed the cloths and then sensor selection. As soon as our old dryer gave up on us, I did not hesitate to purchase the match. So far it has been an excellent dryer with no issues.

Truly an amazing machine
Everything I’ve seen so far is great. The exhaust vent air flow is much greater than my previous dryer. The clothes get dry without getting too hot. Quiet operation is another indication this is a durable machine.

We just recently purchased Both a washer and drier. To replace our 35 plus year old Whirlpools. We wanted something to last and researched a lot of brands, talked to people. We picked Speed Queen and are very pleased with the units. We didnt want extra bells and whistles but well built. We love the lint trap easy to clean. Has a good capacity and light. Love the dry sense setting no more baked clothes and everything comes out dry.

everything I need in a dryer - hope it lasts longer than my previous dryers. Bought it for warranty and durability reputation. Only got 6 to 8 years out of my old dryers of different brands, and it's just two of us, so only using every other day if that. Clothes are dry every time and not wrinkled, even if I don't get to them right away!

I wish I done this years ago. Best washing machine and gas dryer. User friendly not all those worthless gadgets that one never knows how to operate. If there were 10 stars I’d give it. I don’t have to use glasses to operate. And the warranty can’t be beat!!

Worth the money
I am very pleased with our new dryer. It works so much better than our old one, less time spent drying clothes. It's nice and quiet and easy to use. I don't care for the design of the lint filter, but have gotten use to it and it's not a big deal. Fits a ton of clothes. The door closes a bit hard, but I've also gotten used to it and learned how to easily shut it. Overall, I am pleased woth the dryer.

Drying is fine; Noise is Not
Noisiest dryer I have every owned -- and this replaced a Crosley Conservator. I actually had SQ send a repairman after it was first installed because I thought it was malfunctioning. I still can't quite get over it. However, it dries well. I have no issue with its intended purpose -- but please, for the love of harmony - install it in a separate building. Even my cats got freaked out over the grinding noise.

Not living up to my expectations
Was only several wks old and had some problems kept alarming and would not reset for me as soon as you close door it would start but not heat ,called retail er and they came and looked at it and got it too work by reseting it works ok now they had me put a surge suppressor regulator on it ,hopefully it will work ok like that there quieter than l g appliances we had prior to them
