Simply stated, this is the best gas dryer I ever had. It is quiet and has options for handling every kind of fabric. The lint trap is great. I would highly recommend this dryer and the washer too. Cheap isn't good and good isn't cheap so always remember that always in life. Oh, lastly, they look like they belong in a mansion. Thanks Speed Queen!

Speed Queen Dryer: Excellent Buy
The dryer has been performing as expected and doing a great job. Speed Queen has become our appliance manufacturer of choice. The controls are digital but fairly basic. The auto moisture sensing is a good feature: duration times at the beginning of a cycle may be reduced overall if the drying cycle is finished before the originally specified duration has elapsed. Cycle completion notification volume can be adjusted.

After a really bad experience with an LG washing machine and dryer, we decided to make a better decision on the next purchase. Everyone spoke highly of the Speed Queen machines although they are not inexpensive. After we checked them out at the appliance store we were not impressed with the tinny material used on the washing machine and the dryer cabinet in comparison to the better finish of the LG and other machine cabinets. Still, we were impressed with the 7-year warranty and the fact that these machines are built in the US and used in commercial applications.

Wanted a washer and dryer that would last and not give us any problems. Yes, they’re slightly more expensive than other machines, but when you see their quality and feel the quality you’ll understand. Extremely quiet and excellent overall.

I love the features on this dryer, especially the pet hair remover. I never wanted an appliance that had a push button panel, but the 7 years warranty helped to get past that. We've had a Speed Queen washing machine since 2017 and love it as well.

Best Puchase Ever
I had a dryer for 30 years and when it finally went out I started looking around. My daughter heard good things about Speed Queen so we went to look. This is the best dryer ever and I hope it lasts for as long as the other one. A lot of cycle choices. Gets the clothes dry in a short amount of time. I have no comlpaints and would highly recommend Speed Queen. Thank you!!

Doesn’t dry clothes
We have tried using different settings but the load of clothes is never completely dry. We have to then use the timed dry feature to add more time for drying.

Washing machine defective.
Washing machine has not worked since it was delivered. Called warranty number but it took 8 days for repairman to come to house. He said the motor on drain is defective and he said he needs to order parts to fix machine.

Dryer doesn`t work, trouble from the start
Delivered 5/24. Used one time and noticed issue with the control panel. Selling dealer replaced the control panel on 6/1. Used 2 times and control panel defective again. Repair man scheduled to come out on 6/27. Issue with washer as well. Very disappointed!
