Stay away from Scott at the Danbury store
Salesperson Scott was friendly before the sale. After the sale I was experiencing technical issues since the new Speed Queen models are programmed differently I couldn’t figure it out online. When I had gone back to get customer support he got flustered & was a total jerk. Very condescending & mean over a single request. Maybe I was taking up his time on the sales floor from new clients? Regardless, if I had known he would be so rude over a simple request I wouldn’t have ever bought from him or PC Richard’s.

Does machine come with a service key to unlock the service door?
Hello, this Speed Queen washer does not come with a service key. The key can be purchased separately, either through one of our sales reps here P.C. Richard & Son, or through Speed Queen. Part # is 54612 / GR800.
