We love our new washer
Yes, we love our new Speed Queen washing machine. Our 1960s Whirlpool washer could no longer be repaired, so about 18 months ago, we purchased a new one from a big box store. We hated it, we gave it away and purchased our new Speed Queen in Jenkintown PA One of the Best purcheses that we have ever made. Thank you for manufacturing such a great product.

Best machine out there
I wish the water would continue to run with the lid open so you could rinse your liquid detergent cup. The only thing I think would be better would be to simplify the controls even more to just basic on and off mode. Get rid of the electronics!

Love it.
Had one in the past. Moved, left it behind. Bought something else, regretted it from the get go. Finally was able to buy the Speed Queen again. Never by anything else again. Love it.

It's is nice to have a great old fashion type of machine. Cloths are clean, smell great, and looks great in a shorter time without all the other crap the others have on them. I actually have my cloths done way sooner than with the other ones I have had. Thank you

OG is best
My 33-year-old washing machine gave up the ghost and my friendly neighborhood appliance store told me that I would be very disappointed with anything less than this machine. They were totally correct. Comparing the highly electronic and inadequately designed current market washers to this old school but fully featured machine made my decision easy.

Best washer ever, no really!
We went with the previous generation, which is a bit louder due to the agitation level, and we were happy to have that, given the work clothes that may contain fiberglass from work. We didn't find it to be too loud in the end and couldn't be happier with our purchase. Reviewers of washers and dryers claimed that Speed Queen is the "cadillac" of these machines and if one could afford them, they're worth it. Decided to go with the best and avoid repair headaches. So far, so great! The dryer comes with a pet hair removal feature and wow, it works like magic. I had black dog hair all over my white hoodie and decided to give it a try and was astounded that it worked! I love the features that come with this model for both the washer and dryer. They absolutely lived up to the hype and were worth the investment. Our clothes have never been cleaner. They look brighter, too! I highly recommend this model and Speed Queen!

4 washers in 12 years
This speed Queen is the 3rd washer we have bought in the last 10 years and 4th since we moved into this house. This is our 1st Speed Queen. The last washer lasted 3 years and was junk. The Speed Queen washes a load much faster. It hasn't gotten out of balance once in the couple of months we have had it. The old washer would be OOB with a light load of permanent press. The Speed Queen has never gotten OOB even with sheets or a comforter! So far it is great

A Full tub of Water!!!
I love my Speed Queen washer! My Whirlpool died after 14 months. I’ll never buy another washer that isn’t a Speed Queen. Excellent agitation, excellent spin, my clothes are getting clean again. It’s worth every dollar!

It's an awesome washer it gets the clothes clean the only con is that you have to put the soap in first and then the clothes go in after the water is in.Our old washer the soap went in to a dispenser so you could put the clothes in first, other than that it is great.

JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR
A quality made, simple to operate, "HEAVY DUTY" machine. W, e had bought a newer Whirlpool with all kinds of "tech innovations" that turned out to be a pain in the rear. Lid locks, computer controlled water levels, and the like. We got rid of that Whirlpool, and I noticed the drastic weight difference between the Whirlpool and the SpeedQueen when we did the swap. SpeedQueen was much heavier - a good thing if you are looking for durable heavy duty components like the transmission, drive motor, and drum. Whirlpool?..... mostly lighter weight flimsy materials and plastic. I'm now a Speed Queener for life!

My wife LOVES this washer!
When we were first married in 1966, we had a Maytag that lasted for many years. Then we owned several other washers...none of which were as good. A friend recommended a Speed Queen, and we decided to give it a try. It is a great washer and just as nice as our first Maytag. My wife loves it!

This is why I TRUST wisconsin
I have been lived in Wisconsin for multiple years and I never realized how things are built solid enough until I moved to Seattle.
Lets keep things solid and make american manufacturing standards high. With slightly more money, I want to have this better quality stuff rather than have a MAYTAG which I BOUGHT with a lot of money and have to toss due to fixing it is too expensive.
