Sweet Dreams!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress feels like a dream! The pillow top is plush but not too soft. Your body sinks into it like a memory foam. The pillow top adds a bit of height to the mattress so you may want a lower profile box spring if the height bothers you. Overall, it feels amazing. High quality. Definitely recommend!

Just buy it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't say enough good things about this mattress. I've had horrible back issues for 15 years. Every firm mattress I found was uncomfortable, and every comfortable mattress was too soft for my back. Then alog came this Sterns & Foster mattress, perfectly firm AND comfortable. All of a sudden my back pain disappeared almost overnight. 15 years of debilitating back pain and all I needed this whole time was the right mattress. Now I've found that mattress. I don't know what kind of wizards they have in engineering at Sterns & Foster, but I wish I could thank them directly. After just one night, I could get up from my bed without any pain or struggle at all. No having to rolling off, nor hold my breath to brace my back, nor limping for the first hour of my day. It almost didn't seem real, that a mattress could have such an impact on what I assumed would be a lifelong issue. All without having to sacrifice comfort! For the first time in my life, I found myself wanting to lie in bed hours before my bedtime, because it was so comfortable. It felt GOOD, like my body was being realigned on a cool supportive cloud. I can't recommend this mattress enough, I've already recommended it to everyone I know who needs a firm mattress but doesn't want to sacrifice comfort!

Good support, gel like foam topper
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy with this mattress so far. It feels soft and comfortable. It has approriate supports for your back but due to the top layer that adds extra cushioning so it’s not too firm. Sleep on it over night and does not feel so hot, i guess since the top layer is made from gel so it does help to release the heat. the mattress has good bounce and support, and as a side sleeper, i dont feel pressure to sleep on side or back. The mattress is very thick and heavy so definitely needs 2 people to help with setup.

A true investment in quality sleep and back health 🛌
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my gosh , this Stearns&Foster Estate Firm Pillowtop is the best mattress I have ever had ! The packing was excellent and there was absolutely no weird chemical smell right out of the box . It literally feels like I’m sleeping in a super luxurious 5-star hotel. Usually , mattresses are either too hard or too soft but this one is perfect . It provides exactly the right support for my back and there is zero sagging . The edge support is also fantastic . Plus the temperature regulation is great - I don’t wake up feeling hot . My sleep is so peaceful now , my back feels totally relaxed and I wake up with no pain at all.

Worth the money very comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you like a mattress that feels hotel-level fancy but still gives solid support, the Stearns & Foster Estate Firm Pillow Top Queen Mattress is honestly a pretty impressive pick. It has that “sink in just enough” pillow top feel at first, but underneath it’s still firm and supportive, so you don’t feel swallowed by the bed halfway through the night. Great balance for people who want comfort without waking up with a cranky back...

Great quality mattress
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After sleeping on the Stearns & Foster Reserve Firm Pillowtop mattress for a little over a month now, I can say the craftsmanship is outstanding. While the pillowtop adds a touch of cushioning, the overall feel is still very firm, firmer than I expected. I’m gradually adjusting to it, but those looking for a softer surface may want to explore other firmness options. That said, the build quality is superb and the mattress clearly reflects the premium materials and attention to detail Stearns & Foster is known for.
