perfect firmness
very comfortable, just what I needed. This was the 3rd bed I got from PC Richards because it felt nothing like the floor model (*be very careful with floor model comfort level). I finally got the comfort level I wanted because of the big difference between the floor models and the NEW bed I received at home (probably as much as 2 firmness levels over the floor model, pretty bad). Otherwise this bed is a perfect balance between firm and soft (bit more on the firm side). My back was killing me with my old bed, I feel like a new person. I don't wake up with back pain any longer and I find myself staying in bed longer because it's so comfortable.

Best Mattress!!
We purchased around 3 mattresses within 5 years. This is our third and will have to say so far will be our last. I love this mattress!!!It is slightly firm with a plush top and we have been sleeping great. I don't wake up stiff or sore anymore. Definitely worth the money.

Quality of the firmness of the mattress.
When testing the product in the store be sure to inquire about the firmness of the mattress. In the store I tested the medium firm pillow top which was very comfortable but when I received the mattress it feels more like a firm and it’s hard and not comfortable. I will be swapping the mattress for a soft pillow top. I am not happy that I have to exchange it.
