[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on this TV is quite impressive in it's brightness and DETAIL. Replacing a several year old Visio, this is a huge step up in picture quality and software. I was having trouble outputting to my stereo and called support. Xian had the patience to walk me through the possible solutions and even though they didn't work, stayed with it, and called back to confirm it was working because I had to leave for an appointment. Turns out it was my fault! I had crossed cables and her solutions could not have worked. She was very patient and knowledgeable about the TV and my Denon AVR. I discovered my mistake later because of her walking me through it. Not being able to play YouTube on my stereo was a big bummer. Actually getting outstanding customer service to fix it, Priceless!

Traded in Samsung Q60 for This Beauty!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally purchased the Samsung Q60 since it was on sale for Black Friday. My Hisense QLED from a few years ago developed some sick screen burn. My hope was to get an upgrade or at least equal value to that TV. After a week with the Samsung and doing more research, including reviews, I returned it for the TCL. I was worried since I figured Samsung is the best, and perhaps they are in some areas. I am so glad I got this TV so far. After some calibration, the picture is amazing! For the value, it’s an excellent choice and I would recommend it for sure. I certainly like the picture more than the Samsung. Features are easy to use and the remote has a backlight which is pretty dope. Don’t sleep on this one!

The blacks are deep and the colors are vibrant. My favorite thing about the tv is how responsive the menus are. There is no lagging when scrolling which is great.

It has so many good features especially with google too! The design, picture quality and has a perfect balance of brightness and the refresh rate could not be better. The audio is superb and it is balanced and I can hear it around the room. It is integrated with Google and it is very intuitive. It comes with a microphone for google voice search that I use a lot! It is simple and relatively accurate. I use google photos and I can use them as a background on the screen. It comes with many apps that are easy to download. My daughter likes gaming and this has it fast-paced! It is made for gaming too! The dimming is flawless and the contrast is a clear OLED quality. Also, the 4k works great, it is bluetooth, a useful USB port and and 4 HDMI ports, plus many more extras!!

The colors are crisp and the resolution with the QLED is fantastic .My husband watches sports and there is no blurring when there is fast action. The set-up of the tv was easy and fast. The remote is easy to use. I am able to use google and other apps with ease. I love all the HDMI ports to connect my gaming systems and my sound bar. This television is impressive. The technology is top notch. You will not be disappointed. Watching tv has been a new and exciting experience. I can't say enough about this brand. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Very comfy to watch and not get the eyes overwhelmed like in theaters. The TV is very easy to set up, easy connection, and start up quickly. It might take about 10 minutes to update if needed but it all worth the wait. Quality is great, love the control very slim and modern, comes with tons of features and choices, including Youtube, Amazon Prime, Google TV, Apple TV, Netflix, etc., and even its own program the TCL channels! So amazing!!

The tV has full array pro local dimming, TCL AIPQ engine, Dolby vision IQ HDR, IMAX Enhancer, DTS Virtual X, motion rate 480, game acceleration 240, and Freesync Premium Pro, and hands-free voice control. I really like the picture on the screen. The colors and the sound are wonderful. The tv is also Official TV partner of The NFL.I am so glad I brought this TCL Google TV. The TV is very amazing.

Amazing TV for a phenomenally affordable price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my replacement for a very reliable but nearly 13 year old Samsung TV. I use google products daily so this is a natural fit since I have some long existing Google accounts. The picture is wonderful but make sure you play with the settings to get the right picture for you. I plan to use external speakers for audio but the native speakers in the TV are above average quality, though not as good as external. The app store is easy to use as well. Great TV at its price point!

Shipping. Despite the size, the TV is fairly light to lift with one person on each end and incredibly easy to set up. Just follow the guide after you turn your TV on, the setup process was incredibly easy. I love the sleek remote and easy access buttons for specific media options. The 4K and QLED quality is so obvious, you just can’t look away from the screen. Colors are so vibrant, you just feel like you’re in the show the picture is so crisp and beautiful. My kids also love to play video games and I felt like I was in their game while they were playing the quality is just out of this world! So so so happy with the product!

I am still playing with the features of this gorgeous television. I have connected my PlayStation 5 and this built in Game Master feature is really nice. I love that you can take screenshots, add an aim assist, and adjust the picture between original, RPG and FPS. I am really enjoying this tv so far. My expectations are blown out of the water! Even the different sound setting are nice. Would definitely love a larger size in this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to go through a few steps to set it up and get it connected to my Wi-Fi and did it all through the Google home app. Once I changed the picture settings to 4K, it was very clear. Great resolution. You can change anything you like in the settings menu. Hooked up the Xbox to it and the picture quality blew me away. You can set up voice controls as well. One movie that I watched in 4K you could see the hairs on the actors scalp. You don’t need a streaming device, all the apps are built in and you can download any additional ones that you want. The sound quality is really good but not the best. The remote control is an all in one, so you don’t need a separate remote to operate the tv. I honk it’s a great TV and a great price.

The remote is comfortable to hold and intuitive to use. The google apps work flawlessly and the inputs know what they’re hooked to without me having to program them. There is also a way to set it to power in to the last used input instead of going to the Home Screen. It’s a 10/10 buy in my book.

Fantastic picture!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV replaced an older 1080p LED TV in the bedroom that may have been “smart” in it day but was connected to a Chromecast for streaming.
Setup: The TV is sitting in a cabinet using the included legs. These were easy to install with two screws each, and provided for a stable base. A nice touch on the legs was that they had small felt pads on the bottom which helped prevent scratching and made moving the TV around for positioning easy. All audio and video connection are easily accessible on the right back side of the panel, which should make for easy access for those choosing to wall mount. The panel was notably lighter than the old one it replaced although two set of hand are probably still preferable for a wall mount installation. Coming from a Chromecast software setup was a breeze and all my prior streaming channels were downloaded during the setup process.
Picture Quality: The most obvious difference was the step up in resolution from 1080p to 4K with a much crisper picture. The local backlight dimming and HDR was also a noticeable step up that was not as readily apparent. The last episode of season one House of the Dragon my husband and I both complained that it was the action on screen was indiscernible to us. So I decided to give it another try on with this TV, and wow ….. what a difference.
Audio: for those that are planning on a sound bar or using a dedicated home theater receiver, I can reassure you that the native speakers actually sound quite good. They is plenty of volume and bass during action scenes with good highs as well. Speech is easily understood. Once again a big step up from the old panel were I had routinely gotten in the habit of watching with subtitles one.
Remote: Button layout is very similar to the Chromecast remote with the addition for some quick access buttons for Netflix, YouTube, PrimeVideo, and Apple TV. The remote does support voice commands. One of my favorite features is the backlight on the buttons turn on when you pick up the remote and make seeing what button you are looking for easy in the dark.
