Luxury base for deep sleep and rejuvenation.
This mattress Smart Base is the finest I've ever experienced. It has total flexibility with positions, advanced waveform massage therapy, and even a beautiful remote. The soundscape mode that lets you play nature sounds and music through the beds speakers are immersive and relaxing. If you want to sleep deeper and rejuvenate your body, this is the frame for you. I will also add that the white glove delivery service was incredibly easy and professional.

Innovative and Functional Product
We had a ~2018 Tempur-Pedic base that we really liked, but this 2025 Ergo ProSmart is much better! We love that they considered lumbar, zero gravity, TV, and sleep positions, as well as Bluetooth speaker. The affixed mattress holder is great too. My previous model did not have that so the holder would slide all over the place, so we stopped using it. I really cannot think of anything else they could do with this base to make it better, but I just got it, so we'll see. I think this is really going to help my back and my sleep!

Awesome base, game changer when watching tv and sleeping. I snore so my husband loves this bed lets you raise the head part to cancel the snoring out. The bluetooth speaker in the base can also connect to your sound bar making watching movies surround sound in your bed.

Smarter than I ever imagined
I honestly thought an adjustable base was just something that raised your head and feet. I was completely wrong. The TEMPUR-Ergo ProSmart has so much technology packed into it that I’m still discovering new features.
Zero Gravity has become my favorite setting. It’s unbelievably comfortable, whether I’m reading, watching TV, or just winding down before bed. I never realized how much of a difference that position could make until I experienced it myself.
The snore response feature genuinely impressed me. I was skeptical that it could work without waking me up, but it quietly adjusts when it detects snoring, and it’s so subtle I sleep right through it. It’s one of those features you don’t think you need until you have it.
The massage settings are also a great bonus after a long day, and everything is easy to control through the app. Combined with my Tempur-Pedic mattress, this has completely transformed the way I sleep.
I expected an adjustable base. What I got was a smart sleep system that has genuinely improved my nights. If you’re already investing in a premium mattress, don’t skip the ProSmart base. It takes the entire experience to another level.

Amazing Sleep
I Love the adjustable base. Not only does it adjust your top, bottom and middle but it massages your whole body with vibrational sounds. Sound vibrations have been shown to help our nervous system and I can say that it's a much more relaxing massage. I can also get rid of my sleep apps because this bed/frame is providing a lot more information (in a daily report) than my apps every did.

The Only Way to Go for Couples with Opposite Needs
My wife needs to sleep with her head slightly raised; I need to raise my legs. With a Split CA King set up, we do both at the same time. Plus with a Tempur-Pedic you can get a great comfortable night’s sleep. We bought our first Tempur-Pedicure Bases and Mattresses almost 20 years ago; we replaced it with two top-of-the-line Tempur-Ergo ProSmart Bases with a lot more features. It’s the Rolls Royce of mattress control. As a bonus, the vibrations feature relaxes you and brings you a calm peaceful enjoyment at the end of a long hectic day.

Impressive frame and features
I have found the frame really impressive so far. I wasn't after adjustability really, so I don't know what to say about that. Other features, however, have been quite nice. I have appreciated the under frame lighting when getting ready for bed and turning off the light and getting into bed. I have an odd room and can't fit things like side tables and lamps in there really without removing more important things like my dresser. The massage feature really feels more like a vibrating rumble than what I think most people would think of when talking about massaging furniture, but I am very happy with it, I find it very relaxing and calming with my particular autism. The height adjustability on the legs is greatly appreciated, I was able to have it set to a height that would accommodate my under bed rolling storage with out making it uncomfortably high for getting in and out of or other activities. The sleep tracking has been quite interesting and has honestly validated what I have been trying to tell doctors, I am not sure if it will make any difference in them taking me kore seriously or not about my sleep issues, but it is nice to know I was pretty accurate with some of what I have been saying and not veen able to really have a record of since I can't wear something like a watch that tracks sleep.

Love our bed!
This bed has been a life-changer. My husband has a lot of health issues and being able to sleep with his head raised has helped a lot. We can both adjust our individual sides of our king-sized bed so it is just right for our own needs.

Great Bed Base

A pleasant surprise

Quality Product.
Absolutely love the vibration functions when winding down. Have sciatica and lower back pain constantly, and stand for up to 11 hours a day and this has very much helped to relax my back and provided great sleep. Didn’t even know about the sensors in the base that monitors air purity and sleep, but have been finding myself changing my habits and monitoring them constantly.

Excellent sleep aid for my wife
We bought two Twin XLs to place side-by-side in our King bed frame. They're sleek, low-profile, quiet and perform well. All the bells and whistles. My wife's only complaint is that the massage transducers turn off automatically after 30 minutes. (If they didn't, she'd probably wear them out!)
