Ergo extend smart base
Great product! Great for those with mild sleep apnea and snoring. No more shoulder pain from side sleeping. Love the massage features and thought I would never use. Love the sleep reports. Compared with other like products and glad we choose tempur pedic. No pressure sales at the in house store.

So glad we splurged!
Love this base! It allows the head and the feet to adjust for comfort. I recently had surgery on my neck and it was so helpful in getting me into a tolerable position in my bed. It also has 2 USBs for convenient phone charging and an under bed light for when you need to get up in the middle of the night and don't want to disturb your significant other. We bought the split King so my husband and I can both get the best night's sleep and adjust to our liking.

Love the ERGO EXTEND Smart Base
I love my new base. It is a vast improvement from the old adjustable Tempur Pedic base we had for the last 20 years! The ease of how it works with Alexa and the technology of recording your sleep are fantastic! Also great improvement from the old remote! I went for a few months not sleeping on a Tempur Pedic mattress and am so happy in have my new one! I also just got my Tempur Pedic down pillows and its like sleeping with your head on a cloud!!

This bed is the bomb!
I am sleeping so much better. Not only from the comfort & coolness of the bed but being able to adjust my head & legs have been a game changer. I use to sleep with a pillow under my knees due to past back surgery & now I don't have to as this bed allows me to keep my legs alleviated. There is an under bed light that you can turn on from your remote so that you can see when getting up in the dark. It also doesn't bother me when I leave it on all night as well. Haven't utilized the sleep tracker yet so look forward to that.

Insanely Nice
I love asking Alexa to sit me up in the morning. Its vibration is very powerful while not really being too loud. If you dont think you will use the vibration this model isn't necessary but it was for me. Love the massage before bed.

So far so good
We chose this frame because I felt that the base is as important a the mattress for comfort. We are still learning it because it has only been a month. I do like having the sleep tracker so I can go over my sleep patterns each morning. We have it set for shake upon snoring. So far it has definitely worked.

Great "accessory" type item
This is something extra to have, and definitely something you do not need. I would say if you have the money for it, then get it as it can be useful and beneficial here and there, but I would skip it if that money can be used for a better mattress, pillow, blanket, and bed sheets. The Sleeptracker was one of the features that impressed me the most because of how accurate it can be. I do not pay much attention to the way that it "scores" your sleep, but the information on how long you slept and what kind of sleep is interesting to have. But, again, just something extra that is not needed. Being able to control the bed frame through the phone app was also a big plus.

So many great features, high quality.
My wife and I love it! The base is really well-made and the assembly process was pretty smooth (minus some minor order tracking gaps with the logistics provider but nothing serious). I never realized how much more comfortable an adjustable leg and headrest could be - great for watching TV or reading in bed. The smart features are also super cool. The remote is really convenient, and originally I thought the app would be a simple gimmick but the sleep reports and reminders are actually really detailed and helpful. I didn't even realize all the features the base came with until we started playing with it (underlighting, USB ports)! Overall this thing is stable, easy, and has loads of extra features. I never thought I'd use half the extra features, but turns out they're surprisingly useful.

Perfect base
We love our base. The zero g takes all the pressure off our joints and really helps us sleep soundly. It's amazing to know the status of our air purity, humidity and temperature in the room. When one of us start snoring is gently raises up to keep us sleeping soundly. We are so happy we bought the bed!

Great Upgrade for a Great Mattress
Tempur-Pedic mattress is great to sleep on in it's own, but the Smart Base added great luxury to the experience. Call to support verified that our older mattress was compatible. White-glove delivery was professional and efficient. The base worked flawlessly, with many more adjustments than we use, on a regular basis. Our king-size Smart Base was NOT split, which meant we could use normal sheets on the bed (definite advantage). The sensors are amazing, and provide incredible detail, on sleep quality, on a daily basis. Additionally, the sleep mode mitigates my apnea tendencies; more healthful sleep.

Love my Ergo Extend
I LOVE my Ergo Extend Base. Absolutely worth the money. The ability to raise/lower head and feet at the touch of a button or via phone app is game changer. The anti-snore feature also works via detection of snoring and raises your pillow/head height to curb snoring or an added bonus. Also, love the night light feature too!

Smooth, quiet, and so many features!
I had an adjustable base (non-Tempur) before purchasing my new mattress and the Ergo Extend base with it. This base is SO MUCH BETTER!! The movement is smooth and so quiet! The additional SleepTracker AI--well, I honestly didn't purchase the base for this because I didn't think much would come of it--boy was I wrong. Not only does it track your sleep and sleep quality, but it monitors the room's temperature and humidity levels, it has built in white noise, and will either move the mattress or gently 'shake' you if it hears snoring. AND it monitors two people in the same bed separately! It is a very smart AI!! I highly recommend the base for it's regular features, including the extra head tilt, but I extremely encourage you to not write off the AI!
