Nice BBQ
It's the perfect size grill for us. It heats up quickly, and there's enough grill space for 2-4 people, burgers, and grilled vegetables. It heats quickly, and cleanup is simple.

Temp control
I bought this nearly a year ago, so doing a review NOW is a true eval of the grill. I'm 77 Yrs. old and have had five Propane gas grill in that time. I take extremely good care of my Grills. Opted for this Sprit 3 burner as it is now just me and my wife. I am compelled tom say, the Weber grill is without any doubt, the best I've ever owned. I find the best thing is how easy it is to set a Temp and have it stay exactly there. The second best is the ease of Grate cleaning, High heat a scrub them hard, they look just past brand new. I cook two/three times a week. I have the Weber Rotisserie to do Chickens, Pheasants and roast beef. Again temp control is the key to the best results. Weber does not produce Junk, this is GOOD quality and will more that likely be my last grill, Thank you, Weber.

Had a two burner model. Didn’t like how it made steaks. The searing option on the 325 works great! Also, this model has pizo-electric starters on each burner. The two burner model had a battery powered igniter that was shared and it was finicky about lighting the left burner.
Only change I would make is to add swiveling wheels on the front legs. The ones that can be locked. I keep the grill in my garage and have to roll it out to use it. This winter that could get tricky when we have ice.

Even, consistent and predictable heat.
Happy with this. I don’t seem to have hot and cold spots. Gets nice and hot. Heat is very even and consistent. I can cook better food with this than with other BBQ’s.
Cons: wheels are small and plastic. Not great if you have to move it around much.

Great Grill!

Weber Spirit E-325 Gas (propane) Grill
Replacement to a previous Weber grill that we had for over 12+ years. We wanted to downsize and the Spirit E-325 fit the bill. The Spirit E-325 was easy to assemble and is also very easy to use. The grill is well made. Love the lighting of each burner via each individual control knob feature. The grill provides for ample cooking space and it heats up quickly. The fold down, side tables and the grill sear section are a nice addition. Lastly, the grill is attractive and looks great.

Perfect size for family of two
We have always purchased Weber grills. For years we stayed with the Weber kettle charcoal grill. I love cooking with charcoal that has been started in the Weber charcoal chimney! No chemical smell or odor from lighter fluid! Recently, I’ve found myself not wanting to take the time to wait for the charcoal to heat. That’s where this gas grill comes in! Quick to start with enough heat to get a nice sear on the meat.

Love my New Grill so far but……
I love the grill! It cooks great and don’t have any issues as of yet with it. I got this to replace the SPIRIT E-210 I had for 10 years. What I love about this one versus my old one is that the grease tray slides out from the back to clean versus my old one which slid out through the front which was kind of a pain to remove. The only thing I’m not real happy about is my old grill had 4 casters and the grill was able to move with ease. The new one has 2 regular wheels to the right side and nothing on the left side which makes it very hard to maneuver if you need to move the grill out from where you are storing it on your patio. Hopefully they could come out with some adapter wheels that you could attach somehow to make this problem go away. 🙏
