Third Weber Gas Grill in 35 years
Gave last Weber to my sister when moving from house to condo. After 4 years decided it was time for a grill again. Only considered a Weber. Needed a smaller footprint (which this has when both trays are folded down when not in use), but also wanted enough power to grill for company and sear. This one fits all my requirements. The folding side trays are nicer and easier to use than my other one which now would be about 20 years old. Like the fact that the gas tank is hidden inside the base and out of site but easy to get to, same with the drip tray. The sear function does well! Read the instructions though. Really like the thermometer inserted into the hood for temperature reading to co tell the heat when cooking. Don’t think I’ve ever had that before.
Not so thrilled about:
The metal hood is noticeably thinner than my OG from 1992. The handle which is used to lift the hood actually gets hot near the sides, when cooking at higher temps. The Weber cover which I bought separately, has gone down in quality. I leave my grill out, covered -year round. I’m hoping this cover makes it two full years. The others used to be very substantial compared to this one.

After 14 years, it was time for another Weber.
My second Weber grill. The first one lasted 14 years! This one is actually a bit smaller, but better. I like that the gas jets run from the front to back where my old one they were side to side. I often do not need to heat up the entire grill.
I also added the griddle insert for this model. Great addition. Hoping I get another 14-15 year from this grill.

Great BBQ

As a first time Weber grill owner...
So far, I've really enjoyed the grilling experience and how my food has turned out after cookouts on the Weber spirit! Hoping to get more accessories and a griddle plate for burgers soon. 10/10.

The Spirt has a great feature called the Zear zone
I bought this weber grill as a replacement for my 20 year old weber grill. I just wanted to upgrade to a newer model with upgraded features and found the Spirit E325 as a good replacement.The grill really heats up fast and the Zear zone option is really good when cooking steaks..Another good feature is the sides fold down making it more compact for storage.I could not be happier with my choice.

Love our Weber
This is our second Weber, after the 1st one we couldn't go back to a regular barbecue. We've only had the Spirit E-325 for couple months but enjoying it and the steady heat it provides. Steaks come out beautifully and we really enjoy the sear zone it lives up to the name. Whatever we cook it comes out evenly done as heat is easily controlled. Our Weber never gets put away we barbecue all year round, blizzards , heatwaves its always good cooking with Weber
