My new Whirlpool microwave

If what you want to cook fits ths pre-set fine but have to search for the plus or minus is so unecessary when a key board would allow us select the time. the light is not much help either since it does not illuminate throurgh the door.

Cook times and not having burnt food

Another win for Whirlpool

I don’t know if it is more powerful as I no longer have the previous product info. The controls are intuitive and simply the easiest to cook efficiently.

Newer features are better from last older model

Great breakroom microwave!

good features,easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was one of the very few that would fit in the built in space and almost identical to the one being replaced.
The unit has a number of good features, instructions are clear,,, seems a littler more powerful than the one being replaced. Happy with it so far. Only concern: the last one(same brand) failed after 2 1/2 years of fairly light use. waiting tom see how this one performs.

The new unit works great but I would not recommend it for older folks like me as the function dials are barely visable. You could have provided a large print page with a a picture of the butons extra large.The older unit had nuch better ledgeable function buttons. I need a magnifying glass to even warm a cup of coffee. The picture could even be an option. The operation manual was so bad no one can read it.
