Same as my old one! Little better

It is much quieter than our prior Whirlpool model both in terms of running and in terms of soft door open and closure. We really like the quick buttons on this model too. Since we really like this model, we hope it lasts longer than our previous Whirlpool microwave which was purchased new in 2021 and but only lasted 4 years.

This thing is HUGE!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for less than a month and I LOVE it. It’s huge and a lot of room inside. I read the reviews that others have left about the door latch breaking and other issues. I can honestly say that I haven’t had that or any other problems, so far (fingers crossed) I’m very brand loyal and I will continue to buy Whirlpool products.

Awesome features

Large and spacious

Top of the line microwave

Took some time to get used to and I just see it as something else that can go wrong. I understand it is probably a government issue beyond your control. I love having a microwave and will learn all the features of this one eventually.

Great Microwave

Powerful, works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit was a warranty replacement for the previous one in which the interior light failed. Operational-wise, it works just as well as the previous one did. It is super powerful and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. There is a new feature that requires you to hit the unlock button before you can press the button to open to door. Apparently this is a new UL requirement but as I did, you can disable this feature if you have no little ones with access to the unit, or as in my case, the unit is wall installed. Happy with features and function

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our current microwave was a replacement of the previous microwave that came with our new Pulte Home appliance package. We bought the house in 4/2024. The original microwave button would stick and not want to open. After a few months, I contacted Whirlpool and they took care of a replacement without any hassle. I did have to wait for a date for the new appliance install but the switch was taken care of quickly and professionally. We received a brand new appliance that works perfectly.
