Great dryer for an apartment
It’s a little different than a regular dryer. It doesn’t require connection to a vent, so it’s easier to install. You need to empty a compartment that collects water before each use

Great Dryer
The dryer lives in an apartment where venting is not possible. It is a step up from the vented dryer with a bucket. Great machine with a lot of room inside considering that it is 24 inches. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Improvement over older ventless dryer

Grateful works great
Nice machine, chosen for its small dimensions and being ventless. Works well. Heavy stuff get mostly dry, then I hang for lil while. This machine replaced another Whirlpool dryer just like this purchased 8/2019 stopped working 11/2024, cost to replace bad part $850 (per Best Buy).

Ventless is great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have this dryer for about a month now and very happy with it. It has a bigger drum than other compact dryers and can hold more. It dries good and less wrinkles than previous dryer. The ventless system is awesome, no more worries about lint in ductwork to the outside. Maybe too many choices and settings but overall a great product. Also very quiet for a compact dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The older generation does not understand the language of new technology. A simple on/off would be enough. The majority of us do not need so many choices. Also, the ventless dryer does vent into the room.

I do not recommend this dryer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer August 28th and had nothing but trouble from the start. On top of that, the directions are complicated. A repairman already had to come two times; the first time because the dryer was so noisy that my neighbor thought I was drying sneakers. The second time, the repairman had to reboot the entire dryer by unpluging it. Additionally, The bottom filter access door pops open every time the dryer door is opened or closed.

Horrible!
If I could give it a negative 10 I would. Probably worse than my older dryer I bought to replace. It says clean both filters every 2 cycles. (Not just the lint filter, that’s every cycle obviously). Every cool down it makes a terrible noise. It sucks it’s sucks it sucks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not satisfied with my new Whirlpool ventless dryer.It takes forever to dry a load of clothes, no matter the size of the load or the material of the fabrics. It is also not easy to figure out the proper settings.It is also VERY noisy.I only bought a new dryer because condominium rules said I needed to, or vent my old dryer, at a much greater cost.My old dryer was 25 years old and worked like a charm. Quick and quiet.So< what would you like to do about it?
